Great selection of chocolates and coffee / espresso drinks-all taste wonderful! We often get chocolates there for gifts. They are very helpful and accommodating. It's a nice place to just sit and sip, too.

amazing! not only is are the chocolates so unique and exquisitely designed, but the ambience of Gretchen's chocolates is so relaxing and sweet and very homey. the service is excellent and they are so knowledgeable. It is extremely interesting the amount they know about flavor and their passion for chocolates. The cold brew is excellent! I never get oat milk but I do when I go there and it's so refreshing and delicious ! I will continue to bring friends there and I will continue to get their chocolates as gifts for my loved ones ... and myself ;).

My husband and I had a very rare day together when we did not have our kids, or were working separate shifts, so we wandered out, and decided we wanted real coffee so we stopped at Gretchen's. As we walked to the door it said CLOSED, as they typically are on Mondays, however, they saw us and immediately opened the door and welcomed us in!! I was shocked! I felt horrible, but they really did their best to accommodate us, and my husband got the drink he wanted, and I got a hot Americano, which was great! I was just astonished at the humanity and customer service. Real people here at Gretchen's!!

The presentation of the chocolates in the beautiful boxes and bag were stunning. What a wonderful treat to give or receive! Or treat yourself! Gretchen is a creative and masterful chocolatier. The shop is lovely and she and her husband are warm and personable. My wife and I were so taken by the sample offered first-time visitors we bought one of everything! Far superior to anything mass-produced or even other "gourmet" products we've tried (I'm looking at you, Jacques Torres,?). If you can't visit the shop, treat yourself and order from the website. It is worth every penny.

Oh I just loved it I heard they're baking cookies now so I got a couple chocolate chip cookies with her homemade chocolate in it just delicious. And I also got my girlfriend a lemon blueberry scone it was delicious
