Waited awhile, they said chicken wasn’t done…. Finally got my order, the chicken was overcooked, dry and hard!! Girl at the counter said they were having trouble with the fryer…. Not even edible!! I got home and threw it away…, NEVER AGAIN!!!
All the chicken is cooked in old oil,they need to change the cooking oil more often.

Want to order food ,line at the kiosk, want to register to order. Woman asked if I was paying for cash I said no. She said I have to use the kiosk then. Walked out, not helping a business that can't take the time to help a customer at the register.

This location has always been the solid standard for the franchise for me. The only thing negative I can even say is the parking lot looks like it could really use a cleaning, repainting, and paving

Chicken seamed like it was leftovers. Small pieces. I got fries that were $5+ Mash potatoes seem different. Lije there boxed instead of fresh. Won't be going here again any time soon.

I was at the Auburn location at about 1:30 and there were only 4 people including myself. Just seemed pretty quiet.

If I could leave no stars I would. The people that work there are unprofessional and not even kind. The only person there that is remotely decent is an older gentleman. Everyone else is gross with the language and hygiene. I don’t think I ever posted that I would never go back anywhere but I suppose there is a first time for everything. They aren’t even “allowed to do refunds after they charge you for something they don’t even have”. Unbelievably ridiculous. Save your time and frustration and eat anywhere else!

First I'll speak on the food here. I'm not sure what happened over the years with the taste and quality but it isn't the same as it once was. The chicken is too salty, mac and cheese has little flavor and potatoes are fairly runny compared to what it used to be.
As far as service, whoever was working on taking orders, and the window seems super stressed out. Normally when a customer gets an order, they check before leaving to be sure they got what they ordered. The woman return to say something about there being a timer (anyone know? Because I can guarantee that folk who don't work there knows what this means??♀️ I'm assuming customers only have 0.21 seconds to take their goods and drive off. Only thing was, there was no one behind me.) I asked her about my drink, which I asked for with no ice but the cup was half full. When I asked the woman about it, she filled it. The worker seemed as if she was really stressed out and was rushing too much to make sure the order was fully complete and accurate as she was spilling the drink, which brings me to my next section...
The atmosphere...since I didn't go inside, I'll address something else.
When working customer service, it can be very difficult at times, especially if the customer is a piece of trash. This woman really wasn't too friendly but maybe she was having a bad day, idk. As for the drink being half full, that's probably due to the soda machine being set to do so. Remember, I asked for no ice, which means, it's only an appearance to make the cup seem full with ice. For the timer she began to mention, I honestly have no clue what she was talking about. This visit made me feel like I was bothering someone to fill an order, which coincidentally, is what they are paid to do. At the end of the order, I told the woman that I hope her night got better because she seemed like she was going through it.
I'd recommend this KFC if you are okay with how the food tastes and the lack of customer service ??♀️?
