Me and my cousin drove 25 minutes from Syracuse to get to Marc’s just to have lunch we arrive there. There was nothing but old pizzas in the warmer. The cashier threw the pizza back in the oven by the time we got into us it was soggy in the middle, and the course was extremely hard. It was uneditable. I called the store to see if there was anything they can do for me. She told me no she proceeded to get smart with me over the phone asking me why we didn’t return the pizza....read full review

Placed an ordered for for delivery. The salad was not correct. Nothing major. I called. The owner was there. NICEST CONVERSATION. He offered to go above and beyond to make it right. I felt he wanted to make sure the issue was corrected and see how they could
