Placed an online order at 10:15 AM for breakfast went to pick it up. It wasn’t ready was told it was after breakfast time and they would not make my order but you took my order at 10:15 AM 15 minutes before breakfast ended and they took my money For said order. Asked to speak to a manager was told no manager was available. They were on break. Waited until 1130 and still no manager showed up. They kept saying they didn’t know where the manager was.
Food was okay at best. Fish was overcooked and hard. Fries were cold yet wait times was very long. This location is notoriously dirty, with unclean tables and food scattered throughout the floor.

Everytime I go to McDonald's especially this one and ask for an extra hot fudge sundae they never fail me. My sundae is always full of hot fudge and I can only say is THANK YOU!!!!!

Un sanitary letting a little girl run around with no shoes no one watching her she is jumping on the pickup counter food was cold

Waited a little over an hour just to get my mobile order I didn’t order a ton 3 sandwiches a large fry and 6 pies, first I walked in to the counter stood there for 30 minutes no one came to help, then walked to my car to the drive through there was only 5 cars ahead of me, waited 15 minutes to get to the speaker. Then I get to the second window and he said it’ll be awhile for the pies. Legit sat there for 25 minutes on the phone with my brother then he comes out with just the pies. I said where’s the rest of my order. He goes back in and then had to wait another 5 minutes. Insanity!!!

Do not go to this restaurant! 40 minutes in the drive thru for food that is raw and cold. Don’t waste your money.

Update: I gave them another try just in case it was a bad shift. They forgot part of my order and took 20 minutes to fix the mistake.
I ordered black iced coffee. The guy taking my order couldn't figure out how to put that into the computer and apparently didn't want to ask anyone. He rung it as a hot coffee, add ice.
The second window, of course, made it as a hot with ice. I explained the situation, the two guys looked annoyed, then they made me an iced coffee with cream.
My kid's happy meal apples were gross, too.
A low quality McDonald's imo.
The location was not friendly. Barely any smiles and interaction with staff. My 2 year old was served sour milk with no apology or anything. As I was walking away from counter they advised we were the second group in 2 days. Apparently checking temps is optionally. Disgusting.

There was shit right in the walk way and people were stepping in it well the workers knew about it they were talking crap and laughing about it people need to learn how to be respectful and walk in their situation instead of laughing about it

I ordered a flurry at the drive thru and asked for it to be well mixed. Person who took the order and handed me the receipt said he asked for it to be well mixed, and the guy who handed it to me at the second window said “well-mixed Oreo flurry” as he handed it to me. I came to find that I had been handed a fully un-mixed flurry, Oreo pieces just sitting on top with a spoon shoved in it. I hope whoever prepared it thought it was funny because it really ruined my night. Love the morning crew though. They are great. No issues with breakfast.

Never open in the early morning i go to work at 4, get there at 3:30 never get to order people are lazy and dont want to make food management needs to change!!! Always saying need time to open up!

Went to this MCD nalds because it's the new of the few left with a play place. The play place area was clean and well kept up. That is the positive the rest of the experience was very poor. I managed a mcds for over 10 years so I am giving a review like corporate would give. Food was ordered via app while in store. Order came out person said Greg. I raised my hand(we were only group there and sitting at designated table number. The worker dropped tray on table nearest to him and walked out without another word. I got up walked over and brought tray over. 2 happyeals, 2 value meals, single sandwich and a smoothie. First thing noticed was there were no cups for drinks or the milks for the happy meal. The smoothie (only drink that was brought out)was an odd color and I immediately knew that the base had run out when they made it and it shou,ld not have served it. I went to counter got the cups but for some reason they couldn't find the milk and told me they would bring that out which they did about 5 minutes later again plinking it down on nearest table and walking out. Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen at a mcds ever. I should have written a letter to corporate it was so bad. It was obvious the chicken had been overheld in cabinet as well. Auburn McDonald's on Grant Ave needs a lot of work to just be satisfactory.

Took a long time to get the food. The French fries were old along with the nuggets. Seemed like the employees were working in chaos. Kind of rude, not the greatest service. High prices for old stale food.

BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION! why is everyone lining up for such horrible service?! You are making a group of owners rich, that never have to be at the location. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.
