It is a joy to visit this McDonald's. The food is consistently hot, fresh, and what the customer orders. Driving through or dining in, this is a fantastic place to eat. Very friendly staff. Dicey McDs, on par with Lansing, Ithaca & Geneva. Order accuracy is poor, even if you order straight off the menu. Verify your order *before* you pull away from the window or step away from the counter. 10-30 min waits in the drive thru are common when busy, which is remarkably bad. BK is less than 15 mins when they're busy.
Using the mobile app here is the way to go, select "counter pickup" only, and expect a 10-20 min wait once you're on premises....

Haven't been to the West end McDonald's in a while, the East end was packed and nobody wants to Wait on you if you come into the restaurant. The service was a lot better than the East end only complaint I have this time was the fries were cold.
