Most underwhelming bowl of chicken and rice I’ve ever had. Insanely dry, no seasoning or flavor pop to it. The ground up chicken looked like cat food. Service still a million times better than chipotle but the food isn’t anything spectacular
Food was delicious and it was hot. Service was friendly, order was done accurately
Great burrito bowls better than chipotle
Quality of food has gone downhill over the previous 5 years. I stopped coming - Please fire whoever your cook is. He's doing sloppy job.
I love this place. It's like a local version of Chipotle, but with fresh locally sourced ingredients. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is always great. And if you like margaritas, they have a good one.
Just the definition of that theme song “white people taco night” the meat was alright but definitely the seasoning and all is trying to imitate Mexican food with all the wrong flavors and ways to prepare the food. The carne asada taco meat was in soup. Carne asada is supposed does not come like that if you didn’t know. Flavor is muted. The soda machines are the verge of breaking down. Another thing lettuce, tomatoes, cream does not go on tacos. It’s just onion cilantro and salsa.
Over all great hospitality from the staff!!
I have never been told “we don’t do that here” I’ve worked with the owner since it’s opened I don’t know if it’s switched owners, however the “manager” tried telling me 2 times they don’t do things they’ve been doing for me since open.
I couldn’t get more than two types of meat, they couldn’t grill it which I was only offering because the girl rolling the burrito was struggling a little and I was trying to be nice. “Manager” had a poor attitude and couldn’t handle communication. I wasn’t gonna leave this review until she cut me off while explaining. The store only had my family in it not even a single other person at the time. She could have been patient enough to have a conversation. Just very rude. I’ve attached the pictures of my record holding order that I was told they don’t do anymore! No reason to be rude seeing I pay $30+ everytime I order.

A real Mexican restaurant doesn't charge extra for a carne asada burrito. A real carne asada burrito has guacamole on it. These idiots need to Google it. If you are advertising it then don't charge extra for something that should be on it. This is a staple at all real Mexican restaurants.

Employees touch money and prepare food without changing gloves, saw a mouse running around the store. And they refused me a refund this was a really good food spot. But not coming back

It’s edible and clean. However, if you are looking for Mexican food Taco Bell is more authentic and tastes better.

I love getting lunch here! Everything is fresh and I love that they source what they can locally. It's the perfect date spot and the first place I think of when I want to grab something to eat in Auburn.

I ordered online the vegetarian softshell taco I was under the assumption vegetarian meant black beans because that’s what it kind of says on the menu right well it is a cheese taco with a couple pieces of corn and tomatoes. Totally sucks disappointed will not waste my money here anymore.

Worst tacos I’ve ever had. Raw, broken corn tortillas half filled with flavorless “barbacoa.” Ice cold 10 minutes before the estimated pickup time, and no napkins or fork for the rice. Can’t get much worse.
