Basically wasted $30. We got 2 bowls. The first employee I spoke with was very nice. Unfortunately my rice is hard and crunchy. I was given next to no meat. The onions and peppers were old. There was almost nothing fresh. Then we talked to the second employee she was wearing a blue shirt. her attitude was nasty and unpleasant. She had very short responses and was pretty rude. We will not come to this location again

the food was good but it took us 30 minutes to get 4 simple bowls. there was no one else in the restaurant and the manager would not come and help this girl. the other worker was doing an online order. this is my second time in Moe's and the second time I received rude bad service. it was so hot in the restaurant we had to eat at home.
This place is filthy. It was great back in 2015-2017, my family all used to meet up for dinner once a week it was so good, but now it's just disgusting and on its way out. Eat anywhere else.

Honestly never Ben to one till now, I'll go to fajita grill and taco bell over this any day. The bacon had more flavor then the chicken, it's a 2 dollar charge to get chicken vs beef, it went from a 11.49 meal to 17.00 in no time, the other places don't charge like that, the staff was not very welcoming, the lettuce they put on 3 soft tacos would barely fill a fork stab amount, there was about 6 pieces of lettuce on each one, the shells were super small Def smaller then taco bells. Just no

Typical moes chain restaurant. It's located in part of a shopping plaza. We were helped and promptly greeted when we walked in.The service food line seemed mostly clean. I ordered a burrito bowl. My son had the kids taco meal. They both came with a side of chips and free salsa bar. I also ordered a side of queso aswell. Overall it was ok. We were not given the cookie that goes with the kids meal. Didn't even realize it came with one until we had left and we had finished eating
