I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience at Moe’s Bar & Grill today was unacceptable. My pickup order was supposed to be ready at 1:22 PM. I showed up at 1:30, fully understanding that delays happen, and politely asked how long it might be. The employee(Amy) working the counter was extremely rude and snappy, immediately complaining about having a $250 order ahead of mine and acting as if my question was an inconvenience. She blew up at me for simply asking and made it clear that the other order was “more important” than mine. I was never rude, just trying to get an estimate. Completely unprofessional behavior, and I left feeling disrespected. This is not how customers should be treated. This is Auburn Ny location 13021

I usually have amazing experiences with Moe's but this was the worst. Nachos come with queso, but this one charged extra for it. This restaurant is also the most reluctant at giving out meat. I got 1/4 of the meat my partner got. I will not be coming back to this one, I will stick to any other Moe's.

Basically wasted $30. We got 2 bowls. The first employee I spoke with was very nice. Unfortunately my rice is hard and crunchy. I was given next to no meat. The onions and peppers were old. There was almost nothing fresh. Then we talked to the second employee she was wearing a blue shirt. her attitude was nasty and unpleasant. She had very short responses and was pretty rude. We will not come to this location again
Large portions and generally pretty good quality ingredients. Prices have gone way up though and the quality of service is kind of all over the place, but always a five-star experience when Alyssa is working.

the food was good but it took us 30 minutes to get 4 simple bowls. there was no one else in the restaurant and the manager would not come and help this girl. the other worker was doing an online order. this is my second time in Moe's and the second time I received rude bad service. it was so hot in the restaurant we had to eat at home.
