Friendly staff with quick and easy service. Clean and well staffed with visible COVID protocols in place. Not impressed with chicken sandwich but sauce was awesome. Chicken wings were hot and seemed fresh. Very tasty sauce (different from sauce in sandwich).

Older lady who served us was very rude and seemed to have an attitude. After me and my mother ordered our meals, she snapped “it’ll be a while” at us. When the customers behind us ordered, she grabbed her own food off of one of the tables in the dining room, looked at me and my mother and yelled “guess I won’t get to eat today.”. She had absolutely no manners and was very disrespectful.

A few of the young employees seem to really try to be knowlegable and helpful, unfortunately it is a cooperate business that only looks out for profit. The one lady that has short hair, glasses, senior age is very rude, i told her i recieved CBD products at a sales price and she threatened the other employees,said " sale doesnt exsist" i even showed her my reciept from last purchase that clearly shows sale price.

The place looks unbelievable and the food tastes just great if youd like to treat yourself once in a while. I really like the setup. There's coolers with refreshments, a decent restroom, a really really cool looking lounge room, and on one side there is the smoke shop, and on the other there's food. Talk about a walk though! Overall it was a pleasure to be engaged with munchies in Auburn NY

Well first I want to make it clear that I ordered from this place through door dash so some of the complications could have been because of door dash. The first time I ordered food here it was great! It came quick and was still hott and fresh when it got to me. Unfortunately the second time I got food here it was a disaster. It took forever to get to us and was stone cold and soggy by the time we got the food. Not to mention that the shakes we ordered were just cups of milk...? I was also confused at the fries and some other menu items. things apparently change here. the first time I got food, the fries were normal great hott and seasoned and the second time they were cold slightly burnt waffle fries..Overall just a very disappointing second encounter with them. It makes me sad because i really enjoyed the first time I got food here. hope its just a fluke. and possibly some of the fault of door dash.
Ordered 2 coney dogs and they were gray inside and tasted/smelled awful. Won't be ordering from there again. You get a star because the Carmel Milkshake is good, but then again you'd have to try pretty hard to ruin a milkshake.
