I recently became a sip club member, and I like having it. The staff are all very friendly knowledgeable and efficient. I bring my service dog in with me at times, and they are more than accommodating to me and him. He enjoys a puppy cup every time even in the drive thru. He gets so excited to go. My favorite is the orange scone, although I've never had a bad meal or desert from this place. The drive thru is convenient, and they are accurate. The inside is cozy and clean. I recommend this place for a quick bite or a cozy break away.

THE WORST!!! STAY AWAY!!! Over a year ago the incompetent idiot @ drive thru FAILED to return my VISA credit card so I hadn't visited again until tonight which was another HORRIBLE BEYOND HORRIBLE mistake because this time the idiot @ drive thru gave me the WRONG food so obviously nothing had changed. Still a bunch of idiots who don't know what they're doing. Also, the girl taking orders needs to relax.

I tried to order through the app, but it wouldn't recognize where I was or that I'm a sip club member. So my business was lost and I just left.

Terrible experience. We wanted something different than fast food. We got a bowl of soup and a cup of soup, both good. We also got a fiesta grilled cheese something like that Terrible. Bead was not toasted or grilled etc, cheese was shredded and far from melted, was not edible and discarded. We also got a very sad Asian chicken salad. Paying 47$ was ridiculous the quality was poor. We will not return anytime soon.

The cashier was extremely helpful today at lunch at Auburn NY. I had a new gift card that required online registering that I was not aware of. He assisted in the whole process. Extremely helpful and professional!

1/2 my order is missing! Ordered online and picked up at the drive thru. Got the mix and match deal. Salad was there, sandwich was NOT! I work 20 minutes away, it’s my lunch break so I was not about to go back. I called and they refunded the amount for the sale but the girl on the phone was condescending and not very apologetic. I’m disappointed in this Panera and I’m hungry!

Extremely expensive. Somehow I had a $29 lunch and no receipt was provided. Strawberry lemonade was really good. The cheesesteak sandwich, Mac and cheese, and chowder was ok. This is my first and last visit.

I always feel ripped off when I go to Panera. If the food was excellent and servings bigger I'd feel differently. The one thing ingive them is that the food is always ready when i come to pick it up. This last time I ordered a Ciabatta Steak and Cheese. The bread was too light and fluffy for it to have really been Ciabatta. The first bite was a disappointment, light on the steak and a weird sweetness to everything; yuck. There's no reason to eat here when there's so many better options in Auburn and Skaneateles. I think we're done Panera.
