We like to stop here for a quick bite after grocery shopping at the wholesale place. The food is always excellent (highly recommend the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl and flatbread pizza). You can order at a kiosk or at the counter -- I prefer the former because I take forever making up my mind. Either way, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Rarely go to Panera Bread, but my gf really wanted to go. Service was pretty slow but my reason for the negative review is the subsequent FOOD POISONING, vomiting and other bathroom events that lasted for 12+ hours after trying their chicken melt.

Should offer breakfast all day. Not a fan of anything else on the menu here.

Just had to return a salad that I refused to eat after paying 14 dollars for it. Lettuce was not fresh. Just yellow. Bathroom was dirty. No hand soap either, so the employees who prepared the salad unlikely to have clean hands. This is the first Panera I ever had such an experience at.

I don't normally write reviews when I go through a drive-thru at a business as I can't see what's going on inside the building but I just have to say that the interaction that I had with the girl working on the drive-thru yesterday taking my order and then her bubbly and wonderful personality when she gave me my food at the window I felt like I needed to go on and give her a shout out I was having such a crappy day but after the interaction with her my whole demeanor for the day changed. The food was also great. I believe her name was Sami, so if you get a chance to stop in and Panera in Auburn make sure you see that bright smiling face she'll make your day better

Went there last week to order dinner. They were out of strawberries, lettuce, fruit cups, chips, basically all baked goods for the exception of a broken cookie and some cinnamon buns and the list goes on. Not sure how you can provide fresh ingredients when you don't have them in stock. With Chipolte opening soon right in front, They need to be on their game or they're going to lose a lot of business.

I came here today, and felt like trying the broccoli macaroni and cheese. I got a small portion, and with a baguette and drink it was enough for my lunch. I was waiting quite a while for my buzzer to go off, and decided to go up to see if it was ready. Well the buzzer did not work so it had been sitting there. I was going to just take it, but the very nice man, preparing the food insisted on giving me a fresh, hot portion. I was glad he insisted and enjoyed the broccoli macaroni and cheese! It was creamy and had good flavor, but I had hoped for a little more broccoli. I would definitely have it again.

Drive thru pick up is useless….takes 25 minutes to get through it. Went inside two days later and no one at the counters. No mac and cheese really? No bread? Im done here.

One of my favorite "fast food" restaurants. I ordered the Mexican Street Taco Soup (delicious and HUGE) and the avocado and turkey club sandwich (same as the soup - delicious and generously portioned). These two items, along with a drink, chips, and an apple, came to less than $20, and I was STUFFED. The employees were friendly, and the dining room was clean and well-lit. Will definitely return.
