Chef Justin did an amazing job preparing a simple and delicious meal for my daughter and son-in-law's small wedding this weekend. The guests were raving about it! And, Kelly was great help with keeping us organized and on track with the meal in the weeks leading up to the wedding, as this was a destination wedding...we live 4 hours from the venue in Skaneateles.

We hired Pure to cater our wedding, which we held at a private residence with about 130 people. Luke and Kelly were fantastic throughout the entire process, from the initial search process, to the planning, to the day-of execution. Kelly is an excellent communicator, she's on top of her stuff, knows the ins and outs of planning a wedding and working with a range of vendors, and is just a lot of fun to work with. She made the whole process easier and less stressful. Chef Luke was also extremely pleasant to work with and built a menu that fit exactly what we were looking for (a seasonal, veggie-forward meal that would appeal to our veggie-skeptical families). The food was fantastic and drew rave reviews from everybody. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

The food is always incredibly fresh. So far we've tried the tacos on Monday and the Sous Vide Fried Chicken Sandwich on Wednesday. Pure offers other daily lunch specials which include Fried Fish, Grilled cheese, various soups, sides and others. They also offer ready-to-go entrees from their display case that you can take for a grab-and-go lunch or for a quick dinner you can bring home to the family. Ingredients are always fresh and even with the fried options, you can tell that Chef Luke Houghton keeps health at the forefront of his decision making in the kitchen. This has quickly become one of our go-to lunch spots.
