I attended Karoke Saturday. Left my bank card there having purchased ONE drink… tried tocall, relied on maps app for open hoirs, google… it’s now Tuesday…I CANT WVEN LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE BC ITS FULL?!
I GET it, it’s a privately owned biz- a brewery whose hops grow over the hill from my 20 minute out of town home… but the unanswered calls, can’t leave voice message, & I haven’t been able to retrieve my bank card for FOUR DAYS?!? Maps apps say one open time whereas the phone message says another and the website says another?! I’ve driven into town and sat there at the location a couple of times to find that NONE OF THE ONLINE OR CALL INFO ABOUT HOURS OF OPERATION ARE LEGIT!!!
It’s MESSY… this sm biz needs more employees to wear a few more of the 17 hats associated with owning a start-up local biz…. I’m also a small local biz employer, so I get it , but I ALSO DON’T have the time energy or resources to hang out waiting for an establishment to open w varied open/closed times online JUST TO to get my card back to BUY GROCERIES, process my food for the week & PAY MY BILLS!!! I ONLY frequent local biz as a devoted sm biz consumer. but, c’mON- , not being able to retrieve my bank card or contact the biz to get my bank card back and pay my bills or buy groceries or rely on the info online to do so?! or even be able to leave a message? FOR FOUR DAYS?! …. Hire me… y’all obvi need more management help…

Stopped in at 6pm on a Thursday because their food was recommended to me. However, when I got there, they apparently randomly decided not to serve food that day. A restaurant has to be one thing above all else consistent. But If you are up for gambling with the back in parking, walking in the street around barriers to someplace that may or may not want to be in business that day, it may be for you.

Great atmosphere! Great beer selection! Im from Buffalo, in town to visit family. My cousin brought me here to hang out. I couldn't be more pleased with the place. Everyone (bartender and guests) were very personable. Amazing conversation! The ball game was on TV. We were all being friends. I will definitely be back!

In town for a wedding, randomly stopped into Shep’s on a Friday night and am SO glad we did. The vibes, the beer, the music, the food. Everything was a 10/10. We liked the beer so much we got two four packs to take back home! Staff and owner were incredibly friendly. Can’t recommend Shep’s enough and can’t wait to come back!

So let me start off by saying, I live in Florida and have been a professional chef for 10 years. I worked in California and had the pleasure of working with Gordon Ramsays menu at Elton John aids benefits. They are amazing people btw. I’m picky about burgers and the chef here Matt has made a fantastic smash burger. Very flavorful and it comes with a side of chips instead of fries which I like because, you feel full and not over full. The beers here are amazing as well. Garret the brew man knows what he is doing and creates a great atmosphere. Never had a bad beer here. I visit family up here once a year and this is my go to stop for beer. Now it will also be my go to stop for a burger
