Beautiful and historic Inn right on a Finger Lake. Loved our stay here. The room was beautiful. The staff was terrific and the price was incredibly reasonable for that location. We will definitely be coming back.

We enjoyed our stay! Super happy and surprised to be upgraded to a suite. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was a nice touch. Coffee was delicious. We hope to go back again, maybe when the weather is better, I’m sure the grounds are beautiful.

My husband & I stayed here for two nights during Dickens Christmas in Skaneateles. The inn was very well kept, clean, the staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable. The only suggestion we have is to provide bottled water in the mini fridge. We arrived late and did not think to bring water with us. The continental breakfast was plentiful, but there was limited seating since there was an event planned in the dining room adjacent. Overall, we enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again!

I had the pleasure of participating in an event at the Springside Inn this past weekend, and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The venue is absolutely breathtaking — elegant, warm, and full of character. The staff were incredible to work with, and the owner’s passion for creating unforgettable events is clear in every detail.
The food was outstanding, and I was even provided a private room to prepare for my interactions with guests, which made the entire experience smooth and professional. The holiday atmosphere they created was truly magical — the kind of setting that leaves guests in awe and sets the perfect tone for the season.
This is a remarkable place that goes above and beyond. Keep up the fantastic work, and I can’t wait to be part of many more events at the Springside Inn!

We had our wedding there in September. They were very happy to help us with any details we wanted as well as setting everything up for us. Very easy to communicate with throughout the planning process. They are known for their food, It was an amazing addition to our event. The rooms feel historical while still being beautiful and comfortable. They have a beautiful grove that we used for our wedding ceremony, they also have a beautiful ballroom, but we chose the more historical route and used the point, An older building, not far from the inn that was smaller, but very accommodating. Highly recommend the Springside inn for what you get for what you pay, compared to other places we saw which offered less with higher prices.

Got married here. Tremendous staff and personnel. They know what they’re doing better than you will but they’re extremely patient and understanding. At no time did it feel like a business transaction. I would highly recommend this venue for any event but especially a wedding.

The Inn was very quiet and comfortable. It is very close to public access of the lake and is also near many restaurants and wineries, including downtown Auburn. The breakfast wasn't much, so manage your expectations there.

We recently stayed at the Inn while visiting our daughter. We were very pleased with everything from booking our rooms to enjoying a good night's sleep. Rooms were beautifully furnished. The quietest nights ever away from home! Everything was clean and well kept. Enjoyed the continental breakfast as well. Will definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience having our wedding at the Springside Inn. Christine was so attentive at every step along the way, answering all of my million questions right away. She also worked so hard all day the day of or wedding, as did all of the staff. The Springside staff set up all of our memorial items, guest book, and other items we wanted displayed, and took it all down for us afterward. The ceremony in the grove was incredibly beautiful and went so smoothly. Dinner was delicious, the reception space in the ballroom was perfect. We received so many compliments from our guests about how wonderful everything was. It was so nice to be able to stay right at the inn in the bridal suite the night of the wedding. Would highly recommend Springside for weddings!

My review is less glowing than others. The service was exceptional...the room not so much. Many reviewers speak about how nice and quaint the inn is. I disagree. The inn is noisy and in need of bathroom expansion and modernization. The windows were filthy.
