They messed my sandwich up. I tried to call for over two hours and the phone was off the hook. When I returned they told me they would not remake one of my four sandwiches because I didn’t bring the messed up sandwich back even though I had been trying to call for two hours prior, this is the last time I will ever come to the subway

They have ample parking. Everything was very fresh. I ordered a six inch tuna sub it was good. The whole store was very clean. I ate inside the store. Was surprised at how many people there were and how busy it got. All the staff are friendly and professional. This location seems to get a lot of business from the hotel located across the street.

I love the people who work at thisSubway! They are usually hard-working, friendly, professional, fast, and go above and beyond with customer service. I know Subway is a franchise, but this location is a really good one. It's my favorite Subway in Auburn, and their prices are a little lower than the one on Grant Ave.

Tell me how I order a #12 to have it delivered and they ALWAYS forget the guacamole. It's literally the first ingredient listed and it's obviously in the photo..............i spend good hard earned money for you guys to basically steal from me, charge me more for something I don't receive. It would be fine if it was only once but this is absurd. Save your money and go to Jersey Mike's or Wegmans. At least for the 20$ you get what you paid for.

I ordered 2 subs and paid for extra meat on both and I didn't get what I ordered, they both had hardly any meat on either one. All I could taste was bun. I took pictures of mine and I tried to call twice and no answer. I live in Syracuse and work in Auburn so of course I'm not driving 40 minutes back to Auburn. I'm disappointed because they usually do a good job.
