I ordered online and I made sure to order sauces because 2 previous visits I didn't get any sauces and after driving from Auburn NY where I work to Syracuse NY where I live, got everything out and you guessed it no sauces so I'm done with Taco Bell and I ordered 30 bucks worth of food and no sauces.

**Food allergies are not adjusted for here, added bonus, no manager or staff employee here cares if you have food allergies or issues with ordering here. They don't care about the food, your service being provided, or anything. If you want good food and atmosphere, don't eat here. I would like know how your in business, while ignoring food safety, health safety, and pure lack of care for the public? FDA is needed here, along with corporate and federal law enforcement. Heath inspector should shut this place down, period. Excuses for anything but, there is none. Worst resturant to visit, let alone eat at. Please don't lower yourself to there food poisoning enviroment here.**
Parking: Parking lot is full of pot holes, disaster and can ruin your vehicle
Wheelchair accessibility: Lower ramps for wheelchair accommodations, after the pot holes of the parking lot is dealt with. Once you reach the front door entrance that is.

I ordered ahead on the app. When I got there I didn't see my food in the pick up area, so I waited. After 5 minutes or so I checked the app to see if they were working on my order. To my surprise it had finished more than 5 minutes ago. I asked someone behind the counter if my order was ready and they got it for me.

Accuracy is #1 thing wrong at this location. Everytime either something is missing from my order or made incorrectly. Then you have to go back...and have them try again.
Also at times, like today, this location is short on staff and they lock the front doors, drive thru only. Drive thru here, they are quick to say next or is that it. If that was it I would tell you. Stop rushing customers. Cmon Taco Bell, get it right.

If I could give 0 stars definitely would Bought 2 party packs 1/2 of them mainly salad and cheese and the others look like someone took a teaspoon of meat and put it on there I don't live in auburn or trust me you would've gotten them all back !

I’ve had good and bad luck ordering from this store but most of time it’s pretty good. I don’t understand why they took the cheese sauce off the sides menu on DoorDash site? I usually get an extra one for my nacho fries.DoorDash has always refunded me for the mistakes the store makes which I appreciate because it’s not cheap. P.s bring back the extra cheese sauce!!

Taco Bell if I wanted a salad I’d ask for one!!…. Now I typically don’t be coming up in here unless a place has messed my food up SEVERAL times. Every time I go to one of your stores weather it’s the one in fairmount or auburn yall stay messing up our food, couple months ago called and told a worker we just drove 20 minutes home to realize they messed up our entire order, they asked for a name an address and that we’d be receiving a gift card for the mistake… we never received it… we don’t order here very often but I’m a landscaper and work long hours and my boyfriend works all day as well, and sometimes we’re just tired and want something quick. Today I was disappointed to see that my burrito had nacho cheese and my chalupa was filled with basically nothing except lettuce!!! We don’t work all day to spend the money we just worked for for food that’s not right. Photos show before and after I removed the majority of the lettuce ( I don’t have a photo of the burrito I let my boyfriend eat it)
