I went to Wendy's last Saturday morning around 10:20am. I ordered 2 sausage and mushroom breakfast sandwiches on croissants and 2 honey butter biscuits. I got my order and pulled over to check it. And I got 1 sandwich with bacon not sausage and 2 chicken on a biscuit thing. So I pull back around and tell them the whole order is screwed up. And the manager came over. I'm told we're changing over to lunch now. It wasn't even 10:45 yet. And I said the girl said there were a few eggs left. She said yeah I'll have to just refund your money. No compensation now or discount for later. Nothing, not even an apology. Sad some people's jobs are so hard. And management doesn't even care about customer service.

Menu signage price does not match actual price charged. Manager fixed it. But time consuming and seemed to be a problem bc she had other duties to attend to. Also man taking order had strong accent and spoke quickly without enunciation. Very hard to understand in drive through. He was nice enough. Just should not ve in drive through.

After we figured out we had to enter our own order we discovered that the menu and ordering process was not the most intuitive. After we got our food we went outside to eat, the trash can was overflowing so garbage was blowing across the lot.

Friendly Employees and quiet. I brought my Niece and we had a wonderfully Time. We Both had the Wednesday Movie Meal Deal and it Absolutely Delicious!!!! You get alot of food to eat in the Deal!

Just curious when your bill is $34.04 and you pay $40 what's your change? This girl named Arianna needs some help in her math she also put the wrong amount paid please see attached photo. Her manger Bryson has no balls and wouldn't even talk to me and thought everything was funny. Horrible service and long wait for nothing. Please employee people with basic math skills.
I've been to Wendy's during the day with no issues at night tho I order food large combo meal and I get medium fries and drink i order a burger and get spicy chicken

My son and I frequent the Auburn ny Wendy's location at least once a week. The food is always fresh and order is correct. Vienni (sp?) is our favorite employee ever! She is so friendly and very sweet especially to my 3y son who loves to say hi to her from the backseat. She treats us like family and goes above and beyond ☺️
