We just moved to the village of Avon and this was our first visit to Duffy's. It is a cozy place to visit, like going to a family member's home. They have plenty of beer on tap and domestic bottles in the fridge. I'm pretty sure that the burger was cooked on a charcoal bbq. It tasted amazing. The BLT had thick slices of tomato and crunchy slices of bacon. This is definitely a place where you slide up to the bar and stay for a while. The fun old train station vibe...
What a hidden gem! This is a small pub on Main St. In the quaint village of Avon, NY. The pub is actually in a former train station along still active train tracks. I mean, right next to the tracks! But that only adds to the charm. The menu is quite varied for a small place, so there should be something for everyone, all at really great prices. A great place to go for excellent food, drinks, and entertainment. With the COVID-19 issues still going on, the live entertainment has been put on hold. But you can still go in and watch the current sports venue on their TV's. A warm, cozy, Irish decor in an old historic Train Depot. Us locals love to stop by....
