I go to this dunkin frequently - so frequently that most of the staff seem to know who I am and will just hand me my mobile order lol. And every time I’m there, everything is great. Drinks, food, anything I order is always done well, and I like to switch up my order a lot and get different things, so for all of it to be good is impressive for a chain coffee place!

Everytime I come here my day gets ruined… the girls always have an attitude. For example I ask for a straw and the girl just looks at me, then grabs a straw and hands it to me. That’s it. Not a “yes you can!” Or “have a great day” just blank stare. The girl on the speaker was nasty today as well. I only keep going there because the drinks are ok, and I look forward to my morning coffee just like anyone else…

Wish they'd update their menus. Every other Dunkin releases their new stuff on time. This one is always behind. They still haven't loaded the full holiday menu and it dropped almost 10 days ago 🙄

We paid $7.59 for a $5 meal deal and a bagel. We didn’t get bagel and were told that we didn’t pay for a bagel since it wasn’t listed on the sticker that was on the bag. OBVIOUSLY we paid for the bagel since a $5 meal deal would not cost $7.59. Guess it’s just one more reason to stick with Tim Horton’s!

Is there any service here? Stood in line for 15 minutes and got none. The staff was in the back talking and not 1 person served me or the 6 people that were behind me.

I walked to the front counter to order my food I was waiting for atleast 5 or more minutes and didn't even receive any service even though someone was a little bit from the right of the counter. That's totally ignorant and disrespectful to the customers. I was going to get my regular dunking donut breakfast of sweet black pepper bacon, snack and bacon, 2,Boston cream, and a large coffee.
