Mobile ordered this morning, sat in the drive thru line for about 10 minutes. My food is cold, not even a bit warm. I normally go here every morning, not sure if I will be anymore.

We paid $7.59 for a $5 meal deal and a bagel. We didn’t get bagel and were told that we didn’t pay for a bagel since it wasn’t listed on the sticker that was on the bag. OBVIOUSLY we paid for the bagel since a $5 meal deal would not cost $7.59. Guess it’s just one more reason to stick with Tim Horton’s!

Is there any service here? Stood in line for 15 minutes and got none. The staff was in the back talking and not 1 person served me or the 6 people that were behind me.

I walked to the front counter to order my food I was waiting for atleast 5 or more minutes and didn't even receive any service even though someone was a little bit from the right of the counter. That's totally ignorant and disrespectful to the customers. I was going to get my regular dunking donut breakfast of sweet black pepper bacon, snack and bacon, 2,Boston cream, and a large coffee.

Order a HOT Cocoa Mocha Latte and received an ICED COFFEE in a hot cup!!! People who ordered after me were served their orders correctly ahead of my order Workers spent whole time complaining of how short handed they were.

Are you serious? Got bacon for my kids during the long drive, drove away and noticed that 90% of the bacon is completely burned. Come on, people? You didn't see that it is completely black?

Not Sure How Loud This Can Get
I stopped at the drive-thru and ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee. The coffee and sandwich were only warm, not hot. My coffee cup was only 3/4 full, not full, and it was so bitter I couldn't drink it. Waste of money. Go to the Tim Horton's in Geneseo instead. Sure its a longer drive but the food and coffee are always consistently better quality than this Dunkin' location, so it's worth it.

Worst place to go in the morning. 9 out of 10 times they will always get your order wrong. Whether it’s no avocado on an avocado toast, or they remember the avocado, and forget to toast the bread, Don’t toast your bagel give you the wrong bagel. Don’t give you the cheese don’t give you the egg or don’t give you the sausage or give you frozen hashbrowns. Take your pick… all were wrong this week. They are worst ever! Rude, disrespectful, and to busy on their phones to bother to make sure your order is right, or even cooked. My hash-browns are still frozen, not even warm. Almost as bad as Dansville Dunkin’
