Not Sure How Loud This Can Get
I stopped at the drive-thru and ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee. The coffee and sandwich were only warm, not hot. My coffee cup was only 3/4 full, not full, and it was so bitter I couldn't drink it. Waste of money. Go to the Tim Horton's in Geneseo instead. Sure its a longer drive but the food and coffee are always consistently better quality than this Dunkin' location, so it's worth it.

Worst place to go in the morning. 9 out of 10 times they will always get your order wrong. Whether it’s no avocado on an avocado toast, or they remember the avocado, and forget to toast the bread, Don’t toast your bagel give you the wrong bagel. Don’t give you the cheese don’t give you the egg or don’t give you the sausage or give you frozen hashbrowns. Take your pick… all were wrong this week. They are worst ever! Rude, disrespectful, and to busy on their phones to bother to make sure your order is right, or even cooked. My hash-browns are still frozen, not even warm. Almost as bad as Dansville Dunkin’

I visit this location often, usually with half way friendly staff. This morning however, it was like I was a bother to them for spending my money there. Not one person greeted me. Not one person said thank you. Not one person treated me as a customer. All the employees were too busy huddled in the back talking about how to negotiate a better wage during an interview. By the way crew, you don't demand more money, that's not the way it works...

Frequent stopper since it’s on the way to work. If I could find another one I would. On a few occasions my bagels were still frozen. If you go first thing in the morning, the drive up lady is very rude. On several occasions it takes them several minutes to answer at the intercom, which is less than what you want when you are in a hurry to get to work.

I hung the drywall here when it was built. But it is a fair gas station convenient location off exit 9 on interstate 390. A great stop for gas, food, car wash, snacks, and more. It's a truck stop as well. There is a free park and ride parking lot located next to the north entrance and a towing company and garage located in the rear .
Very nice place, service and food. From inside the gas station, I was surprised, supper nice and clean. I'll go again, definitely!!?Dietary restrictions: Lots of dairy-free choices!!
