I order the same thing everytime and it always comes out different....multiple occasions have ordered a hot coffee and got charged for an iced and was not given back the difference that they over charged. Most recently about a week ago.

I had to tell the girl 3 times what I wanted, and she still made it wrong. I asked for large iced coffee, and she gave me a medium hot coffee. So I told her for the 4th time what I wanted. She brings back a large hot coffee. I tell her for the 5th time I WANT A LARGE ICED COFFEE. Finally, a different girl took my order and gave me what I ordered.
Parking: It is in a gas station. There are hardly any parking spots.

Every time I come to this Dunkin it’s always a HORRIBLE experience. The staff is extremely unfriendly and rude. Today I did a Mobil order and I was waiting at the window for a good 7 minutes without anyone coming over then finally someone came and asked what I was waiting on and my order was sitting right there!!! Do better.
It's a DD inside a fuel ⛽ station... service was acceptable and I got what I paid for.

Went to grab a simple order and the lady in the window is the absolute worst. They really know how to ruin your morning. I most definitely will not be going back to this location unless certain people don't work there. It is a very unwelcoming place and there are two employees with the worst attitude. All I want is Coffee but at this point I'd rather make it at home.
