Went to grab a simple order and the lady in the window is the absolute worst. They really know how to ruin your morning. I most definitely will not be going back to this location unless certain people don't work there. It is a very unwelcoming place and there are two employees with the worst attitude. All I want is Coffee but at this point I'd rather make it at home.
This dunkin sucks. Every time I stop in I don't get what I ordered. What happen to good work ethic. When I bring it to their attention they give me attitude. Its sad when I order the same thing every time I go there. Might as well safe my money and make my own coffee at home. It least I know it will be mad right.

Funny story... manager came towards front counter to tell employee about a 2 donut walk-in order that was placed... it was mine, and I was standing right there!Great service! Thank you!

Very impersonal. No greeting or thank you. All the paper products say please recycle and yet they can not fill my travel mug. Did I mention that I bought my travel mug there?

Order hot latte. Got lukewarm sweet milk. Ask for a refund... sure you can refund after I drive 25 miles each way to get it. Your service is deployable.

Last time going here, as they are incapabale and do not hold the intellect to make a standard, hazelut coffee. Waste of money, could have made this cup at home. Everytime we come here our order is messed up somehow and it's always simple orders. McDonald's staff have more competence in making a coffee taste how it's ordered without further detail or instructions.

It took a while until they noticed us standing at the register. Donuts are now $1.25 each. They are always out of the peanut, white cream filled, ape fritter, and strawberry filled donuts. The donuts taste day old.
