I don't give perfect reviews very often but this is the best Italian restaurant in the western Finger Lakes. Huge portions, delicious food, welcoming staff and superlative service. Our server, Andrea, was a delight. She even staged our family picture in the lounge area.

Four of us arrived with a small child without a reservation. We understood we may not be able to eat there. When we asked the hostess if it would be possible her first response, said very rudely, was “this is going to be a tricky problem”. She then took her arm and waved it at us telling us to “move over there while I take care of the people with reservations.” We were in shock. We then all mutually decided we were not going to wait for an answer, we were not staying in an establishment where the hostess treats people so incredibly rudely. My advice? Do NOT go there without a reservation!

A friend of mine recommended Fratelli’s to me a few years ago. We decided to try it for Mother’s Day a few years ago. I usually do not eat at Italian restaurants. I am Italian and accustomed to how my family cooks. My family is from northern Italy which is very different from Sicily. I believe that’s where the Fratelli family is from. I will recommend this restaurant to everyone. I always like to try different dishes when we go there. I have never had a dish I did not like. Everyone is so pleasant. The service is excellent even on special occasions when they are very busy. They work together as a team. You always get a huge portion just like you would if you were at your grandmother’s house. I really enjoy my visits to Fratelli’s.

We ordered chicken french and chicken parm....the servings were small and thr food was terrible...the chicken french had no flavor and the meat was tough/chewy...the chicken parm was mediocre at best...If you want good Italian take-out Papa Joes is where its at

THERE WAS A LARGE BEETLE IN MY MEAL. Please see the attached photo. This was a takeout order. When we called the restaurant to tell them about it, they told us there was nothing they could do. They were not apologetic about it. No refund. They offered to make me a new one… why would I want a new one? Disgusting food and horrible customer service to match. Eat here at your own risk.
I order the breaded fish fry once in a while. The fish fry is very good but also very expensive.
