Great food and very good service

I loved eggplant parmesan appetizer. Their sauce is amazing. Serving portions are humongous. Always enough for two meals

I eat at the bar. Service there is great and I only get a couple items: tripe soup or escarole, beans and sausage.

I love the bread.

I haven't had everything but what I've had I think other dishes are ok (not amazing) but generally breaded items are soggy. Portions are too huge but smaller portions with more focus on flavor would be better. Who needs an entire box of pasta for their own dinner?

Carbonara does not equal Alfredo. Just saying

Its NYC pricing with weird discounts for cash payments.

It's not terrible but I have a strong feeling they could do better.

The food was excellent, the waitress was excellent and prices were on par for the current economy. The atmosphere left something to be desired. It was cafeteria like- hard to hear, poorly illuminated and rushed. Still, worth the trip however.

I enjoyed the nice, beautiful atmosphere in Fratelli's. The menu in this authentic Italian restaurant is impressive. I ordered the linguine with vodka sauce, and the dish was delicious! The portion sizes are absolutely huge. I ordered a half plate and still took a box home. I would have given the food 5 stars based on the great taste. However, the dish I had was a bit oily, and I believe it gave me some stomach distress. Overall, my first impression is that this is a nice place. I will try something else on the menu next time I visit Fratelli's.

Very overpriced and LOUD in the dining area. Would not recommend!!!

Fratelli’s is a decent Italian place for in person dining. They receive this score for one big reason.
Their takeout experience is unacceptable. They charge full restaurant prices for portions that are about half the size. We have stopped ordering salads altogether from them when we take out- it’s generously a third of the in person size. Our most recent order was the breaking point. We will go elsewhere for takeout Italian.

Fratelli’s: my favorite restaurant until tonight. I had been waiting to go for so long & then we went. No wait for a Friday night - kind of odd. The warm bread was amazing! Our server was wonderful and attentive.

I have nothing good to say regarding the food other than the bread. Long time favorites were gone from the appetizer menu. No little neck clams or shrimp cocktail.
The clam chowder was runny with no flavor except for a strong fishy one. The seafood dish I had was full of pasta and short on flavor and seafood. The juice (?) it was in was very plain and needed seasoning. There were a lot of chopped clams and a few chewy shrimp. Some giant scallops and very small mussels. I hardly ate any of it and would rather throw it away than have it for leftovers, even at $38 a plate.
We spent way too much money on terrible food. I actually never want to go there again which is so sad. The food used to be flavorful and delicious. Every bite was to be savored. This was pathetic.
Yes, cutting costs in today’s economy makes sense. But taking away good food and maybe a good chef does not make sense at all. You can still provide good food. I was always willing to pay good money for the prior delicious food, and still would. I thought I was tonight, but it was just a waste of money.

A local gem! Everything is delicious, but it’s hard for me to get anything other than the gnocchi. It’s the best I’ve had!

I order the breaded fish fry once in a while. The fish fry is very good but also very expensive.

I don't give perfect reviews very often but this is the best Italian restaurant in the western Finger Lakes. Huge portions, delicious food, welcoming staff and superlative service. Our server, Andrea, was a delight. She even staged our family picture in the lounge area.
