There were four of us and everyone loved their meal. I ordered the Cacciucco (seafood). Omg it was delicious! I didn't realize that the full portion was that huge. I hardly put a dent in it, since we had also ordered appetizers. I will know next time to order the half portion. Great leftovers for another meal!

I eat at the bar. Service there is great and I only get a couple items: tripe soup or escarole, beans and sausage.
I love the bread.
I haven't had everything but what I've had I think other dishes are ok (not amazing) but generally breaded items are soggy. Portions are too huge but smaller portions with more focus on flavor would be better. Who needs an entire box of pasta for their own dinner?
Carbonara does not equal Alfredo. Just saying
Its NYC pricing with weird discounts for cash payments.
It's not terrible but I have a strong feeling they could do better.

The food was excellent, the waitress was excellent and prices were on par for the current economy. The atmosphere left something to be desired. It was cafeteria like- hard to hear, poorly illuminated and rushed. Still, worth the trip however.

food was fine . had an issue w billing where restaurant double billed my credit card. siad they would cedit one of the charges and never did . My bank is trying to rectify this . It has left a bad taste in my mouth

I enjoyed the nice, beautiful atmosphere in Fratelli's. The menu in this authentic Italian restaurant is impressive. I ordered the linguine with vodka sauce, and the dish was delicious! The portion sizes are absolutely huge. I ordered a half plate and still took a box home. I would have given the food 5 stars based on the great taste. However, the dish I had was a bit oily, and I believe it gave me some stomach distress. Overall, my first impression is that this is a nice place. I will try something else on the menu next time I visit Fratelli's.
