Worst experience I have ever had went about 5 on Thursday party of 4 . Food that we got was so so Service average the girl seemed to be trying hard I am guessing the problem was in the kitchen very slow . I hour 20 minutes in 2 of us got our meals 20 minutes later the third person got his At 2 hours sitting there my dinner never came and the others were anxious to leave . In the time we were waiting 6 other tables came had food and left. Will never go back. I will say the bar area had a much different atmosphere.

My husband and I ordered takeout of Veal Parmesan, Broccoli, Gnocchi with red sauce, Greens and Beans with Gnocchi, seafood bisque, and an additional loaf of their amazing Italian bread. We have enough leftover for another dinner, and then some. 1/2 loaf of sliced bread was already included, but I bought a loaf for the freezer because it's so full of flavor, crusty on the outside and tender on the inside. EVERYTHING was delicious, as it has always been. The portions were generous, and the owner was so kind and courteous at the time of my order and at pick up. We were so pleased with this experience. We have been going to Fratelli's since they opened, our entire family and bringing friends. I am very disappointed in how much they have gone downhill. They used to be amazing in every way. I purchased a $100 gift certificate for our son and daughter in law for Christmas. The website wasn't working very well. It took me 3 days to get in. Once I made the purchase it did not give me their option of $10 for every $50 spent. i immediately called and spoke to the woman who always answers. Explained what happened & she assured me all the kids had to do was mention it when they came. My dil mentioned it when making the reservation, explained it again & was also assured by the same woman "no problem". They went on Valentine's Day & were seated by David Currenti. He very gruff & told them "No, that doesn't apply to web purchases" when my dil explained the situation. The server was great, as always. Their food was cold and lacked the flavor that it used to have. They didn't even offer children's choices that evening. After such a rude encounter with one of the owners, David, and the poor quality of food, I assure you, they will not be returning, after all these years, and neither will we. Made reservations for New Year's Eve, 6pm. Specifically wanted the prime rib for my husband, and the seafood special for myself. They were out of both. We were told that they didn't make much because they were closing then next day for a while . He settled for the ny strip steak, and I got the cheese ravioli with the "red sauce". His steak was okay. Mine was less than okay. The sauce was runny and thin, and no flavor--the ravioli was no better than frozen store bought. The service was great. Wont be returning any time soon.

Quality, old-school Italian place. They do a really good red sauce, and that's really the important part. Their pasta and chops are really tasty. One thing I have to recommend for anyone, if they have it, is the cauliflower fritters. I know. I know. You don't go out to dinner, let alone an Italian joint, for veggies. Trust me. They're pieces of cauliflower breaded and fried and somehow it still feels light, despite the deep frying. But with the horseradish dipping sauce it comes with.... it's a huge portion of warm crispy awesomeness.
