Pizza is ok? there subs are disgusting. No flavor. There lettuce and tomatoes are sliced so thin and used so sparingly you can't even taste them. Condamints are the same. 2 subs and a soda 20 Oz. Cost 38$ shame on you!!!

There is a special individual who works here. Carter. He is a senior at Avon high school and is really 80 years old. He secretly owns marks. It’s all a cover up. Be aware of Carter, he’s really the owner! He might just make the best pizza but he’s covered by marks insurance plan. The ops won’t catch him… ??

They delivered my pizza 2 hours late and then proceeded to try and gaslight me to think they did deliver it. Then when I asked what they would do they said nothing, and made me pay in full for my pizza that was delivered then 30 more minutes latter since they had to remake it.

On 12/10 we ordered two subs and fried dough at 5:19pm on the online app. We arrived at 6:05 pm for a 20min ready pick up and they hadn't even started making the subs. We waited an additional 15minutes while they started making the subs as they seemed surprised of the sub order. Meanwhile the McDonalds food in the car we picked up prior was now cold for our son as a result. The resolve they made was a bottle of soda. A 20 min ready order that turned out to be an hr with lots of waiting should really have been addressed more appropriately than with a free bottle of soda.

Mark's Pizza makes my favorite pizza, and this branch did not disappoint. They can be a bit pricey, but their pizza with banana peppers, peppers, onions, and pepperoni is the best version of that combo. Reheats faily well.
