This was the worst experience I have ever had. From beginning to end. Walked into a dirty restaurant, but I could understand, because it was just at the end of a peak time. Bathroom was dirty, again, understand, they had been busy. Ordered food from kiosk, got number and went to sit down. Tables were ALL dirty, again, no biggie, I just cleaned it off. We were brought our food and the guy got visibly angry that nobody had given me a cup. I asked for napkins and ketchup, were told they were in the bag. The ketchup was not. When he brought the cup out to me, I asked for ketchup again, was ignored. I walked to the counter to get ketchup. The girl was up there on her phone doing nothing. Asked for ketchup and more napkins because we were given like three napkins, and she told me to hold on and proceeded to start ringing up stuff on the register....there was nobody there but me!! Then she screamed at someone in the back to give me napkins and ketchup and told me there were both over by the drinks. I informed her that if there were, I wouldn't be asking her for them. The guy is standing in the back and talking very loudly where I can hear him telling everyone back there that I am ridiculous. After being brought 3 more napkins and 3 packs of ketchup, we got fed up and left the establishment. The customer service in this place was atrocious and extremely unprofessional and I will never eat there again!!!

On June 29th, 2024 - this was the best! We waited for fries, but it was worth it. The fries (chefs kiss), the Big Mac (chefs kiss), the double cheeseburgers - all great!

Past four visits and every order I've made had been completely wrong. Maybe you should train your workers to read over the order before they hand out the wrong orders.

This has got to be by far the worst McDonald's that I have ever been to, and it has been this way for years. The drive-thru takes 5x longer than any other McDonald's location I have ever been to, the food quality is pathetic, The service is almost non-existent, and one of the Managers that works there has both horrible personal hygiene and non-existant interpersonal skills.
Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Tom Wahls and get yourself a real burger...

I use worksheet ibdidntnmind the ppl here but since then every single time I come here my sprite is usually nasty like selzer water just gross the very last of it every time I always order large and 9 out 10 I get medium fries cold never taste like ther salt on them and I never get my McCracken right I always order McCracken just cheese and they always seem to jus give me dry plain mc chicken so ya and it's not like this is once in blue it's literally every time how is that possible!!!!

Worst McDonald’s ever. Bad service, dirty seating area(trash all over), bathrooms smell like there is a sewage issue, rude people. I won’t be going back. It may look ok on the outside, but this has to be one of the grossest Golden Arches ever.
Unfortunately my local mcDwas a mess first thing this morning. 6am tables none had been wiped down, trash along the wall way of the sitting area, floors obviously not swept let alone mopped . Not a way to keep customers.

Customer service is horrific. Rude, snotty and literally shoves the bag of food in your face. There is one young girl in particular who I continually come across that needs an attitude adjustment - if you don’t like customer service then find another space to be miserable. There are a handful of wonderful employees who always greet you with a smile - it only takes ONE to ruin the experience.

If I could give you a big fat ZERO I would.... dear morning Saturday morning manager (June 1 2024) NEVER say whatever and HANG UP on a customer calling with a complant!!!! You should be sweeping floors and scrubbing toilets NOT managing a restaurant!!!
