The chick behind the counter that licked her fingers while handing me my coffee did it for me. You can obviously tell something is going on in that place lol. My food sucked and I’m just kind of grossed out about McDonald’s now .Also the food is sitting around for a long time and they pre prep a lot of stuff- no fresh out of the fryer here-

Honestly I don't go here in the morning as I work during the day and I don't feel like being handed my food by someone covered in hickies...But at night oh my goodness it's a uncomfortable experience I live in Avon I don't always feel like driving to Henrietta for McDonald's to try n bring it home before it's cold... Your crew members always give me dirty looks and shove the bag of food in my face .. I don't know anyone at night time here and they only know of me through family that work there but as someone who works at a McDonald's the way I get treated Everytime I come by is absolutely disgusting...ask for something cooked to order you get your sandwich squished and cold fries that don't have salt and soggyAvon is a small town word gets around easily around here without realizing it .. yesterday I was informed by another customer that they talk down on me at night when I come by .(I legit spent over $40 and get horrible service) .... and I know exactly who starts it with bringing personal problems into work and talking bad about me and he's a manager in the morning now.... As a frequent customer I'm honestly disappointed and hopefully things get better at this location my kids love it there as we were able to celebrate my sons birthday back in December... It doesn't seem like they watched their orientation videos on customer service and hospitality maybe they should do it againI truly didn't want to write this review but honestly enough is enough and something needs a change.. I'm sure there is others out there that would love to work there especially kids right out of highschool looking for a job that probably would treat your customers with better respect and make it family friendly again and take their job seriously

We just tried going to this location. States that they are open untill 11 and we arrived at 10:10. We went thru the drive thru and got no response. We pulled up and the doors were locked yet we seen people inside. They ignored us untill we knocked on the door multiple times. They said they were closed for maintenance once they finally came to tell us. Instead of putting a sign on the door or the drive thru they ignored us. This was really poor customer service.

Really annoying and dishonest that they say they are open until 11 but the lobby doors are always locked well before then. Called to see if they were open and their suggestion was I walk up to the drive through window… the perks of being the only late night place in town is that you can treat your customers poorly.
Just picked up 2 coffees at the Drive thru...Both coffees are wrong....and neither was difficult.1). Vanilla and sugar....received black with sugar....2). Sugar free vanilla with cream.....received coffee with cream.. .Sad times....

Treated my granddaughter to breakfast and ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel for me and when I got home too eat it is was a stale bagel. Could not even bite into it. The steak looked like it was quarter pounder meat. One onion on it. Thank goodness my granddaughters food was okay gor her. Definitely will not be eating breakfast there again.
