These beers are amazing. They recently started giving away beer labels to customers, and I emailed them (because I do not live in NY) and they mailed me some of the labels. Top notch customer service. This is a brand that knows what they are doing. A simple gesture that costs them nothing but makes me a fan forever.

By far the best craft beers in Monroe county. Their IPAs are diverse and fresh. Their sours have flavors you could never imagine. Their stouts are rich and delicious. Absolutely love it here and I always come back for more.

Decided to drive to the brewery after having one of their beers at a restaurant. They no longer had the coffee beer but I did try a sour. The beer was thicker than I am used to but the flavor was great. Nice outdoor patio to visit on a beautiful summer day.

Well! I stopped by on a recommendation from a bartender from here. I work with them from another place.Well I was blown away from the quality of the beer there. I tried a IPA and a stout from there.Both were outstanding. I was also able to try a golden Stout that they brewed. Well that one sold me on a to go beer. It was called Icairus.It was brewed with Golden grahms cereal.I'm not an overall liker of sour beers, but and I say but I'll make an exception in that I tried some of their sour types of beer and I was impressed. It definitely changed my mind when it comes to them.I'll definitely say that try some of the beers at Mortalis you'll see beer in a whole new light.

Went across the country and atopped at hella breweries over the course of 13k miles and this was definitely in my top 5 stops. Great beers in NY. Also liked Fidens and Root + Branch as my top 3 in NY.

I stopped by a little before closing with my friend to enjoy a local beer. They had local beer. Since I was driving I only chose one, but the... whatever stout they had that night with a touch of coffee in it? Very nice. It was too warm, even for a dark beer. But I must note, and the star must be deducted, that they only had 6 oz and 11 oz pours for their drinks! Get yourselves some pint glasses, guys! And as part of that note, the prices for 11oz pours are what you'd normally expect for 16 oz. I figured an 11% beer is normally poured in 10-12 oz size, so that's not so bad, but some of the less heavy beers really belong in pints. That's gotta be a star deduction. Other than that, it's a very nice place with open brewing area to visit, indoor and outdoor areas mixed, servers for food (we got there just in time for me to grab a sandwich for dinner, not a big serving for my $$$ but I wasn't that hungry), and friendly bar staff for drinks. $$$ though. Too many dollar signs in the end. Up that glass size, and maybe a touch more food while you're at it (though I could rave about that German potato salad).
