When someone says “this brewery makes craft beers” they mean “this brewery makes beer that tastes EXACTLY like what it describes”. Key lime sour? Tasted EXACTLY like a bite of key lime pie in every sip. Coconut brown ale? LITERALLY like drinking a coconut 🤤 hands down the best damn brewery in NYS.
Rising storm is amazing. Been enjoying their beers for months. Went to the brewery a month ago and loved their beers. Food from food truck in Avon smelled and look absolutely amazing. Regret not getting it, and want to drive out to try in near future. Just left birds, bees, and brews at Seneca Park Zoo, and best brewery there. Had many phenomenal selections. Lovely place… warm staff… great beer… pet-friendly too. ? We ordered a flight and then more! ? Our favorite was Gimme S’more (Nitro). Will definitely go back when we visit the area again!!
