This is my 4th season of taking venison to "Tim" Steele to have some taste goodies made. Call after you get your deer processed they will put you on the waiting list and call you when they are ready to receive your meat. The Cabbannossi and Summer Sausage Salami is our go to every year. This year we added Hot Cheese Slims. We have done the Breakfast Sausage and Red Wine and Garlic Salami in the past as well. Great products and people to work with. They use to process deer, I wish they still did!

Great Hyper local location for Meat and sausage products.Tim runs a very clean establishment and is a phenomenal sausage maker. Tim believes in quality over quantity and it shows in his food. If you are curious about anything he will take the time to explain what it is and what is in it. During hunting season he also does venison products, but year round Tim is always making something tasty, and if you don't see it just ask and usually next week he will have it ready.
Excellent sausages all around. Best head cheese in the Rochester area.
