My elderly dad was having a fit about his Beef on Wek sandwich not being right, after I explained to him that it was, but two different management people very patiently worked with him on it three different times and tried to get it to what his expectations were. I was losing patience and never really got to eat my meal because I was attending to dad. I just wanted to thank you (at the Avon location) for helping me through this and not making it worse! Thanks

I have been coming here for decades. Tonight I saw people handling cash with gloves. This made me nervous because they may forget to change gloves when moving to food tasks.

Tom Whals is a nostalgic place for many people. Service is always pretty fast, and orders come out fairly quickly. The food is consistent and good. They don't down grade their food products, which is nice.

I had the mushrooms and swiss and my husband had the Wahlburger, we both had French fries and he had a chocolate shake. He hadn't been there since he was a kid and remembered how good the shakes were, this was my first time and we both loved it and will be back again... Oh and thank you to the manager for the brooms you gave us, so many plans for Halloween.

Grilled chicken sandwich is baked and then thrown on grill. Weird texture and no flavor. Buns are super gummy like they are under cooked. Barely any toppings.

Stopped in here for the first time, from Texas. I ordered the cheddar jalapeño burger, and my wife got the grilled chicken sandwich.
Mine was extremely bland. There was absolutely no heat to the Jalapeños. And, the burger had no seasoning on it. Seemed like a smash burger without all the flavor.
The chicken sandwich was baked chicken, with no flavor as well. Very boring and tastless... Fries were edible, though.
Definitely not coming back to one of these restaurants. Really hope it is not a sign for how thr food is up here.
