Tea was great. Seating and overall comfort level 0. And the guy working the front was sleeping on one of the couches so sitting there wasn't an option lol sitting near the windows is very uncomfortable. Wish it was set up more like Starbucks or the bean.

Obsessed is an understatement. How cute is this spot!?!? My husband and I were walking around Babylon after lunch and ran into this place. The inside is so beautiful and a tea place I would always dream of. I love the trendy things and the Valentine decor. The teas were delicious. I got hot vanilla chia and my husband got lavender tea. We both loved our choices and the girls who served us were very kind and helpful. My only recommendation to the owner is to move the menu. It is currently behind a few bar stools and in an awkward location. It would look much better in your standard middle of the bar where some of the teas are. It was a big hard trying to see the menu, while people walked past you, and others were sitting right by the bar.

After seeing this place online, my mom wanted to have a girls day for her birthday. We drove over an hour from Queens, only to find out it was closed for a private event from 10-1. The girl in the window mouthed “we’re closed” with an attitude. I followed the Instagram prior, and there was no indication they would be closed, until a few minutes before we arrived. I wouldn’t try this place based on their lack of organization and communication to customers.

This place is so cute! I love the pink aesthetic and the pink drink cups to complement! The owner seemed to have paid a lot of attention to each detail when creating this tea bar-- it's like walking into a pink wonderland! The owner and the staff were super friendly, as well. I will definitely be back with some friends to enjoy this nice and comfortable environment.

Nicely decorated, decent tea selection but would have also liked a classic Orange Pekoe/English Breakfast option. Love the cups for the cold teas. Disappointed with the cups for hot tea. I would come back if they did a high tea or for a craft workshop. Love the retail shop connected to Bestea. Service was ok once they got going. Would come back because it is very pretty inside.
I got the vanilla chai tea and it was so tasty! I think it needed to be steeped a little longer because it did taste a bit watery. I liked the taste so much that I'd get it again though. Tasted more like vanilla. Didn't taste any spiciness which I actually liked. Service was great. The guy was helpful and told us about all of the different teas before ordering. Ambiance is cozy and comfortable. Decorated beautifully and very clean! I'll be sure to come back on my next visit to NY again.

Smells great! Looks great! Service is great! I was torn between a few flavors and was able to get samples! I'm in love! I def prefer tea to coffee and this is refreshing place to go to. I wish there were more decaffeinated options but honestly no complaints ...the flavors are amazing! I'm going to come back for the lemonade . Plus 5% off if you reuse the cup! It's too cute to throw out anyway

Just got back from my very first Tea date with my Bestie at Bestea!! All I've gotta say is love, Love, LOVE!!! The decor is just so cute and cozy, The owner and staff are super duper friendly and welcoming. So many fun flavors and combinations... I can't wait to go back and try something new and different! The owner suggested I try the Mango tea next time, he was so sweet and even gave me and my friend a free homemade cookie each just as a thank you! Will be going back again and again! Simply can not wait! I know my mom and grandma will love this place as well so can't wait to introduce them! And it's in sug a great location! Next to Gemelli's and the Burger Bar (which I've been dying to try as well!) and about a block from Post Office Cafe (41 East Main St Babylon)! Going to make a whole day of it next time starting here and wondering around town! I loved it so much I'm already looking forward to next time! Thanks for a great experience, I'll be back...!

I absolutely love this place! You have go! It is unique, has the best variety of delicious organic teas and gifts, the staff is so welcoming and friendly! It is also connected to a cool store if you want to shop while sipping your tea, or you can hang out with relaxing spaces to sit or take a cup to go!
