Cold Stone. Absolutely classic. The ice cream itself is much better than a lot of places out here. Lotta different options in terms of toppings and pre made creations. Cones are good too. Was worried this place would be overrated, definitely not the case.

I went in to purchase a small cake for my 5yr daughter Birthday today and the staff this evening wasn't so welcoming. No one asked me if I needed assistance or acknowledge my presence. I picked a cake went to the register and was asked at that time if I'll like writing? I said sure please put Happy Birthday Bria. She walked away and returned to check me out. Still no acknowledgment, I paid with a card and she walked away from the register before it went through. I ripped my own receipt off the machine she went to the back to finish her bottle of water. FYI, the store wasnt busy at this time I was the only customer in there at 5:15-5:20pm. However the cakes are amazing not so much the service.

THE SMELL! I went to pick up a cake and as soon as I walked in I smelled strong bleach/cleaning products. Ok A+ on cleanliness but guess what also smelled like bleach? The bag the cake was in and the cake itself. It must have permeated through the plastic casing. I was so embarrassed when everyone started to point this out while eating the cake. $40 cake- inedible. I think management needs to look at how much cleaning products they’re using and when they’re using them. Won’t be going back unfortunately.

Bought a $40 cake and candles online. When we went to pick it up around 1pn 12/23 we didn't like the candles, we wanted something different but the older Spanish lady said no refunds for the candles. I explained we didn't even pick it up yet and it's just candles in a box and still in her possession lol. Either way she refused so we took them. It was only $3, so don't understand why make a fuss about it and I wasn't busy either.

So disappointing to report after two decades, this location has started to add water into their ice cream. Had ice crystals in every batch we bought. To make it worse, mix ins were so mininal that we had to pay extra to get to the level it was even until last year. This location was a staple around town for so long. So sad.My original review for this place was over 7 years old too! Had to update it to write the above.

The older Spanish lady with the glasses will ignore you until you say something to her they all have an attitude in there they make people wait and they act like they’re busy but the older Spanish lady with the glasses but black hair has an attitude and she think she’s better than everyone working at the ice cream store lol at like 30 years old

GREAT PLANT BASED ICE CREAM BUT WOW TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We called the next day to let them know that there was a mistake on our Uber Eat ice cream . We paid $4 for toppings that were not added !!! Instead of apologizing the only thing the girl on phone wanted to know was why we didn’t call the night of. I explained It was late and after Uber eats said they couldn’t help us the store was closed. I then as a business owner hung up because she was dismissive and nasty. We will now take our business elsewhere.
