Donut-ology in Babylon is, without a doubt, home to the best donuts I have ever had anywhere in New York. Every visit has been nothing short of amazing. The shop offers a wide assortment of unique, fresh, and absolutely delectable donuts that are unlike anything else you’ll find. And it’s not just the donuts—the coffee they serve alongside them is absolutely spectacular. Fresh, bold, and full of flavor, it pairs perfectly with their treats and makes the whole experience even more special. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the shop itself is spotless, and the service is phenomenal—friendly, welcoming, and always consistent. I’ve been here at least five times now, and not once have I had a bad experience. Its location makes it even more special—Donut-ology is situated right next to the Argyle Theatre, just around the corner perpendicular to Main Street. Stopping here before a show or during intermission adds something unforgettable to an evening in Babylon. From the freshness and quality of the donuts and coffee to the way the place is run with so much care, Donut-ology is truly a gem. Donuts were good! They need to use a properly sized container for the 4 packs where they aren’t sitting on the others.
Doughology Donuts in Babylon Village is the place to go if you're looking for some incredible specialty donuts. They offer a variety of options, and the rainbow cookie donuts we bought were very tasty. Try the peanut butter donut or the black and white cookie. Although there is plenty of public parking, parking is a little limited.

Very disappointed in the young staff running this business. I was looking forward to a doughnut after having dinner at a restaurant next door. The open hours for Saturday were until 7:30pm as stated on the door but when I got there at 7:15pm they said they closed at 7pm. The staff was rude and didn't care. They just wanted to go home. I wonder if the owners of this location are aware of these lazy employees! Lost business forever from me and several people that were with me.
