The food is on point. I particularly enjoy the fact that don't use seed oils and they import their wheat from Italy. The quality of the food is directly linked to the quality of the ingredients.
The Pizza here is great! I had two slices. The grandma slice was thin crispy and had a perfect balance of cheese and sauce. The garlic knot slice was new to me. Haven’t seen anyone else offer this combination of flavors. It had a great undercarriage. Thin and crispy, just like pizza should be. A huge plus is that they use NON-GMO NEVER BLEACHED, NEVER BROMATED FLOUR for their pizzas.
The most amazing place the food was incredible and so fresh my pizza & garlic knots!! The owner and the family were extremely friendly will definitely be my go to pizzeria for now on!
