We waited one hour before our order was taken and then when we finished another hour, I had to go to the front and ask for my bill so we can leave, steak was hard , the waitress told us that they were understaffed but that’s not an excuse because the prices are the same, would never go back again.

We were a bit disappointed with this visit. The staff was either too inexperienced, stretched out with customer ratios or just not properly trained and monitored for proper customer rapport. The temperature of the dining area was a bit too cold and did not seem to change when we requested a temperature adjustment. The restaurant had about 12 to 16 customers spread in about 7 or 8 tables so it was not crowded. The food was ok and within what one would expect from previous IHOP experiences which was freshly cooked and within proper temps. We will try a different restaurant when we are craving pancakes from IHOP next time.Parking: Easily accessible but could be a challenge leaving the lot as the intersection is close by and traffic does seem to drive by very quick and above the posted speed limits.

Ordered takeout, which included a few meals with pancakes, eggs, bacon, hash browns etc. Food was good! Only complaint - Checked “yes” for adding condiments, but was not given anything. Not even pancake syrup which unfortunately I did not discover until I got home and did not have any in the house. Ate the pancakes dry and they were still good.
