It's a small store front, not really where I go to sit and eat, but perfect for a protein shake or a shot of wheat grass or turmeric. A lot of vegan options. Service is always good and the store is always clean. Definitely recommend!

I used to always come here and get the Peanut butter dream which usually seems to never disappoint. Today I decided to get the rejuvenator juice. Omg it was disgusting! First off the cashier couldn't remember my drink and another customers she kept asking us what did you order like 3 times. Second off my juice tasted like dirty water. It was so gross I couldn't even drink it. Honestly this place has gone to shit. Won't go back here again.

Be careful and double check what you get.I ordered a 2 oz ginger shot and they only gave 1oz. Apparently they serve a 1oz portion in a 2oz cup and sell it for 2 oz.(see pics)What's worse. I had no intentions of returning to complain or try to get it, and decided to just call to let them know their mistake so it doesn't happen again. Rather than taking my word (which I could understand )the woman who answered gave me an attitude and took the word of the employee and served 2 oz. She did offer me to drive back to show them. But I declined (not worth the time and effort to argue over 1oz ginger shot)As for the over all quality, seemed typical of other juice places, didn't hear any blenders running so not sure the freshness. As for the price maybe slightly priced higher than other places (in queens) I go to but there isn't too many in this area.Although I like juices. Not sure if I'll return after this last experience.

This place is the disgusting they rob customers give horrible customer service and dont take any accountability.. i got a juice cleanse for 2 days from them which was 196 cash there 16oz juices are $9 dollars it came with 12 juices which should've came out to $108 they overcharged charge 90 dollars to put them in mason jars.. when i called to speak to the owner they said they have a 48 hour protocol i have never been so disappointed disgusted and disrespected in my life.. i highly suggest to never go here or give this women a penny

Like the food here, but will someone please tell them the pandemic has been over…..for a long while. The whole plastic barricade thing reminds me of stores in much more run down areas. The customer experience is terrible.

I started coming here when they first opened and my favorite smoothie was always the crunchy monkey. I've noticed that the recipe is very different than what it originally was. The last three times I have gotten it, it has had a lot of cinnamon. I don't remember cinnamon in the recipe. Not to mention they use a lot less granola than they used to. Mostly I just get chunks of ice. I do miss the original recipe. I'm not sure if they changed it or if somebody just keeps messing up my order.This last time I asked the girl about the recipe and she said she wasn't sure. I let her know it tasted very different than when I was used to. I explained that I'm not going to ask her to remake it but I'd like some of the oats that they put in it (granola) and I would add it in myself. She gave me a small cup of uncooked rolled oats. I was a little shocked because after our conversation, you would think she would have known I meant granola.. Being that I was on a time crunch I just walked away. They say third time's the charm but, maybe next time?....

okay today sent me over the edge lmaooooo im writing this on a burner account because i will still be going here occasionally because the smoothies are delicious but the customer service here is whack - has been whack... i mean read the material in all these reviews. i dont understand how you can be charging 10+ (almost never 10$ always over 12$ atleast) for smoothies and have an nasty attitude when i want it made a specific way and give eye rolls???? i stg the people that work the hardest there are the ones actually making the smoothies LOL.

I do Uber and I like this place. The orders are packed really nice, they clean the place really well, and the menu is fantastic. Prices wise normal for the kind of food .But it seems that the owner is very clean !

Don’t order using their website. You would think you’re doing them a favor but they charge you a convenience fee to support their business. I guess they rather you stand in the cold and wait 15 minutes for your order because you aren’t allowed inside the building either. Strange.

The smoothie was alright but zero ambiance - and customer service was beyond horrible! When ordering they started making the drink before I paid the extremely ridiculous price that she did not ring up properly. When you substitute items you should replace them in computer not just do add ones for extra charges!!! My family n I have been in this industry in the past and would never do what they did!!! $17 for a médium smoothie and when I was shocked and questioned it her response was "well we already started making it so you have to pay it" with an attitude - no actually I could respond by just walking away. She should not be taking orders. Never again.

I’ve been a customer for 10 years. Everything has been consistent throughout the years. My favorites are the Lots of Greens, Peanut Butter Dream, and their açaí bowls are literally the best. People complain about the plastic door being up… who cares?! The products are fresh, organic, and delicious. I trust JNB so much that I’ve fed my 6 month old from them.
