Kotobuki in Babylon Village is one of the better sushi restaurants in the area. The complimentary appetizer noodles are delicious. The food, including the expertly prepared sushi, is all excellent. However, the small restaurant fills up quickly, so it's best to arrive early. While parking in the village can be challenging, there is a paid lot in the rear of the restaurant. I highly recommend visiting Kotobuki for an exceptional sushi dining experience.
The best sushi I have ever had, the rolls are excellent and when you have it, you realize what fresh sushi actually is. The rolls are very generous with big pieces of fish. The service is excellent as well. Very nice atmosphere and extremely clean.
My only complaint would be while the lychee martini tasted good , I couldn’t believe our martinis were served with ice in them, as they should never have that.

Lovely place! The service was great, the servers were always attentive to customer needs and quick with water refills as needed. The food was incredible; they made the best fried rice I've had in years, and I loved the sushi! Will definitely pay another visit if I'm ever in Babylon again!
