Went two Fridays ago, a party of four. Extremely disappointed. My pasta was so salty it was inedible, so I sent it back and received nothing in its return. Spouse's pasta... ordered a pasta dish which contained eggplant. Asked if the eggplant was peeled. The "Chef" who was above us and visible said he would make it anyway they would prefer. She asked for it peeled. When the dish came it was also salty, not as bad as mine, however, the eggplant in the dish was nothing but the skin of the eggplant. It seems that the "Chef" put the peel of the eggplant in the dish and not the eggplant itself. When we mentioned it to the waiter, he came back to the table after speaking with the "Chef" and told us that the "chef" said he peeled the eggplant. Maybe so, but he put the peel in the dish and not the eggplant itself. The other two entrees at our table were pretty much the same, very salty and extremely disappointing!Service was mediocre, waiter very nice but didn't seem on top of things.

As we walked toward the smell of charred wood filled the air. Once inside, atmosphere was romantic and aromatic. The authentic Italian plates were already on the table. We ordered two personal pizzas. The Regina Margherita and The “Staten Italy”. Both were made to perfection. The quality of the ingredients shined through. The sausage and meatballs on the Staten were perfectly tasty not greasy or soupy. Both pizzas had such delicious tasting fresh basil. The char and blistered crust, dense but still a little doughy. Left us comfortable full and very satisfied.Pizza needs to be eaten right out of the oven.This is our goto pizza place!

Food was horrible for the second time. Pizza terrible salty crap. Chicken parm frozen junk. Salad old mixed greens cheap gorginzola and store bought dressing. It was all terrible. Just low quality.

Terrible service waited an hour & did not receive our food. (We were a table of 3) Reason we were given was they had a lot of take out orders to fill. People (2 tables of 2) came in after us and were served. Waiter was nice and apologetic but we finally had to get food to go because we had a toddler we us. What was more frustrating is we were there early 5:50pm. We ordered a white pizza, pasta ca de peppe & a pasta primavera . Food was only decent when we got home to eat. Will not be going back.It was rustic decor, nice.I'm giving one star because waiter was very nice & polite but that didn't help us get our food we left a little after 7.

Best pizza I've had in a long time. I love the wood fired pizza and this is the most authentic I can find on LI. I went on a Friday and and it was a nice vibe with plenty of tables which is a great for Friday night in Babylon! Perfect date night for me and my husband. Thanks Emil for the great wine recommendation and great service. I was disappointed there were no appetizers listed or a drink menu but not a deal breaker. Pizza was so good we ordered an extra to-go. Bread and crust were so amazing.Kid-friendliness: Not a bar so not weird to have kids there. Plenty of larger tables for families and servers were very welcoming.

Phil and I had such a nice time at Molto Pizza!! We enjoyed Saturday so much that went back on Sunday for more. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The food, especially the pizza, was delicious. Emil, our server was friendly, kind, and helpful. When we returned the next night he remembered our names. Molto Pizza is definitely being added into our lives as our new date night hotspot!! ?✨?

I just LOVE this place. It has to be one of the best pizza places on Long Island. If you are looking for authentic, coal fired pizza - look no firther than this place. The staff are friendly, prices are great and the pizza are beyond great.
