okay today sent me over the edge lmaooooo im writing this on a burner account because i will still be going here occasionally because the smoothies are delicious but the customer service here is whack - has been whack... i mean read the material in all these reviews. i dont understand how you can be charging 10+ (almost never 10$ always over 12$ atleast) for smoothies and have an nasty attitude when i want it made a specific way and give eye rolls???? i stg the people that work the hardest there are the ones actually making the smoothies LOL.

The smoothie was alright but zero ambiance - and customer service was beyond horrible! When ordering they started making the drink before I paid the extremely ridiculous price that she did not ring up properly. When you substitute items you should replace them in computer not just do add ones for extra charges!!! My family n I have been in this industry in the past and would never do what they did!!! $17 for a médium smoothie and when I was shocked and questioned it her response was "well we already started making it so you have to pay it" with an attitude - no actually I could respond by just walking away. She should not be taking orders. Never again.

As much as these juices are great the customer service and the kindness of the people working and owning this place are an absolute zero, they could truly care less about their customers and are more interested in profit, which is why in 2023 we are still ordering juice from a small window in the door standing in the freezing cold and rain with children, not worth it at all. Also if you want to use a card be prepared to be forced to order online which charges a convenience fee. Obviously does not care about customers at all, they just want their cash and want you to leave the second you order. Stand in the rain, hell, stand in the street, they don't care.

Pretty disappointed. For one, you still have to order from a window outside in the middle of January. They don't have to-go menus, so look online and order ahead to avoid standing in the cold to browse the menu. I got two soups and a ginger shot. The lentil veggie is pretty good. The corn chowder was watery and there's barely any corn, I literally had to dig to find the corn. Seriously?

I was loving this place and my workplace was ordering everyday! Unfortunately that has changed. Today all of our juices tasted like cleaning products! I called to just let them know and whoever answered the phone at the Babylon store literally laughed about it. Well goodbye juice N Blends !

To order - I had to stand in front of a square plastic hole at the front door. The cashier girl saw me, then takes a phone call instead? Finishes her call but doesn't come away from the counter to take my order at the door - Barely looked at us? I had to shout my order in, hoping the woman would hear me. Customer Service at it's worst!!! *Can't blame the set up on covid - the Massapequa location allows customers in and also allows customers to sit? Guess the staff at this location don't want to wear masks, so they have people stand outside? The drinks we had today were terrible - $16 for watery almost no taste smoothies - for $16 you think they could have used quality mixed ingredients and could afford some ice ? I will go to another smoothie place where they treat their customers well, charge a fair price and have a good quality smoothie...NOTE: PARKING at both locations is terrible.

Not bad, but not great either (hence the 3 star). Super small storefront and very friendly woman working I THINK she may have been the owner.-Buffalo Chickpea Wrap: 3/5, this was ok. The siracha sauce was really watery and the wrap just wasn't anything special. I was starving so it did the job but not something I'd get again.-Peanut Butter/Banana Smoothie: 3.5/5, the smoothie was pretty good. If I were to get it again I would sub out the almond milk base as it was really overpowering and gave too much of a "milky" texture and flavor.Overall, I think the food was alright. The staff seemed very friendly but the prices were high for the quality. I'm glad I came but I probably won't be going out of my way to return.

Well apparently I was a HUGE inconvenience with my call because while the woman was on the phone with me (for 30 seconds!) , someone there walked away and guess that was somehow my fault because the woman made it clear she was angry at me over it. Well, I was about to place an order for 4 large smoothies but changed my mind after how rudely I was treated. Good way to do business ??. Btw my wifi is working now.
