Came in just before closing because of a dance recital that ran late. We were welcomed and told don’t worry have a seat. The owner was patient, helpful, and polite. We had an amazing meal and everyone was very happy with their choices even our token vegan. I’m a huge ramen fan and this place is the real deal. From their house made broths and authentic ingredients it is all top shelf. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
Never really known ramen outside of the .49 cent ramen packs I lived off of in college. Walked pass this place a million time in the village at Babylon. Finally got curious and tried it out. My GAWD, amazing! The owner was there and took my order. I took his suggestion and got the original. You could just taste the freshness in the food. I ate the whole thing without saying a word, went back the next day to try a rice bowl! Highly recommend this place! Great food, great service!...
I went here on 3/1/23 and had a pleasant experience. The restaurant owner (Sal) is very welcoming and friendly. You can definitely taste the quality of ingredients in the food and is very unique from other ramen places. It certainly reminded me of my trip to Japan. Highly recommend .
