She was alone and stressed because there was a long line. People complaining for the wait. The second person who was supposed to be there didn't show up almost 30 minutes passed the start time. It was a true crap show. We have her a big tip and told her to breathe. She looked like she was going to cry. Good thing it's end of season.

4 occasions during normal business hours the store is closed. Two additional times multiple employees were inside and when trying to place an order was told they were not available to assist for another 15 minutes or so.
