I came across Redefine by googling meal prep ideas. I commute to the city, work long hours, and simply do not have time to consistently prep. I bought my meals for the week and they are delicious!! This will be a staple for me for sure. So many options to choose from!!

The food is delicious, and I love that there are so many choices from dinner meals and desserts. I hope that this location will think about using a delivery option. I order from Uber eats, but the only locations for delivery are the Huntington and lake grove locations which are great. The food at the Babylon location is delicious. The presentation is amazing!!

Redefine Meals is a Long Island treasure - Prior to finding redefine, I tried 3 other meal prep services on LI and none came close to delivering flavor, freshness and value like Redefine. I am consistently blown away by the nutritious quality of the protein - real grass fed meats and no seed oils. Since April, Iâve lost 60lbs (3 months) with Redefine as the core of my diet - the labels make it so easy to track macros and calories and the meals are filling. I wouldnât even consider this as âdiet foodâ (it certainly doesnât taste like âdiet foodâ) - this food is for everyone, itâs easy to track if youâre trying to monitor calories or macros for purposes of dieting. They offer everything from low carb to keto to high protein balanced meals - depends how clean you want to eat and what your diet entails but all options are on the table. Best of all, this saves me so much money vs ordering out or trying to cook a varied menu for one person each week. Itâs a very reasonable cost and saves me so much time.
Some fave meals of mine include the chicken roll ups, buffalo chicken quesadillas (air fryer takes both these dishes to the next level), Nashville hot chicken tacos, mango shrimp tacos, penne ala vodka w grilled chicken ⊠I used to be obsessed with the honey chicken Mac and cheese - hoping that comes back this fall ?
The guys running this company are doing everything right and you can tell there are considerable ongoing efforts to keep improving customer experiences - I follow the social media page and they keep innovating with improvements to dishes or adding new menu items on regular basis. Big kudos to them for creating something special and a valuable service for the community. Also big shout out to my redefine friend - a gentleman who works every Sunday AM in Babylon and rings up my dad and I - heâs always awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Weâre lucky to have such an amazing service on Long Island! Stop in and give this place a shot - pick up a meal or 2 and youâll be hooked!
The one and only suggestion I have is - if possible, I would love to be able to buy prepared veggies in bulk the same way we can buy protein, rice and sweet potato. That would be amazing and great to add onto our meals.

Ummm why arenât more people talking about this Long Island treasure??? The food is incredible! Helping me and my husband lose some lbs., and we get to enjoy more of our evening now without having to buy ingredients, cook it and clean up after a 10 hr+ work day. There is so much variety that you canât possibly get tired of it! And, every dish is one better than the other! 10 meals for $105? In this economy? And I donât have to cook during the week? Sigh. Me. Up! Canât wait to place our next order.

Im so happy to have come across redefined meals. I've tried many meal prep companies but this is by far the best. I order every week ! It is super convenient for 12+ hr shifts.
I mainly take the time to prepare my own meals because most places have unhealthy food and usually don't have the best standards of cleanliness and care for the food. But last week i couldn't and prepare my meals so I was looking around for the best meal prep places (menu, cleanliness, high quality food, portions, high quality ingredients, care, nutritional value), and I'm glad I picked Redefine Meals because everything was Fresh, nice portions, nutritious and tasted great! I haven't tried any other meal prep company's and i don't think I need to because the food and customer service here was great. I had the Hibachi steak and chicken quesadillas. The steak was tender, a good serving of steak and tasted very good. The quesadillas were also very fresh, great ingredients, and you can tell they care how they prepare their food for customers. I'll be filling up my fridge again and will definitely be coming back as a regular customer. Thank you to the team at Redefine meals! đ„©
