Sal's pizza is great brooklyn style / tasting pizza and all their other food is good as well people giving bad reviews or not wanting to try this place out over why the prices went up sign is a joke ... and the reason is 100% the truth ... they are great people / friendly etc ..

this is amazing pizza no joke. delicious thin crispy crust and just perfect amount and taste of cheese and sauce too. i will definite be stopping in at this place again if i'm heading to bartini for a jam or in the neighborhood again. this is way better than anything we have in long beach (sorry genos, east end cafe, west end). had a pepperoni pinwheel too, also very very good. if you love pizza you gotta try this place.

I was on my way back to city from Montauk. I tried their cheese slice on my way back. It was sooo good. The guy at the counter was nice too. I definitely recommend it.

I can't believe it took me this long to order from Sal's Famous Pizzeria!! My staff called in a pie for delivery. The gentleman who took the order was very nice on the phone, delivery was speedy, and it was definitely the BEST pizza I've had in a while! We got the garlic knot pie which was devoured within minutes! 10/10 would recommend!

A solid 4 stars. Great regular and Sicilian slice. Prices are comparable to the rest of Babylon. A small mom and pop store. Will definitely be back. You will no be disappointed

I just left there and I can't stop laughing. There was no one in there , at least enough pizza to feed 20 and the man behind the counter told me he had to make a pie before taking my order. As far as I could see they only offered pizza and slushy s I waited 10 minutes so he could spend 30 seconds putting my slice in the oven. Crazy, what the hell is going on?

Come for the misogyny, stay for the bad pizza. I recently placed an order under my name and my wife ran in to pick it up. They questioned her when she gave my name and she said "it's my husbands name," and the guy says, "oh I thought we were going to have to check something on you!" Just an inappropriate thing to say to a customer. Then there's the pizza. The first time I'd tasted it, I assumed they had to be running drugs out the back to stay open. It's like the pizza you would find in the south. Low on flavor, and the crust is like a very soft bread. Priced for the upper East side with the kind of pizza you'd expect from a suburb of Pittsburg.

The owner mixes politics and food by writing his POV on his chalkboard adding to the divisiveness in this country. He never wore a mask during covid, his pizza is way over-prices for only a fair product.
