Ordered a lemon coconut hibiscus birthday cake. Was ready in a very timely manner. Incredibly delicious! Business owned by some very nice, cool people as well!

Shuga Pies are the best! Their cakes are perfectly balanced—not too heavy or dense, and the cream is just right. It's a small, clean establishment with friendly and helpful owners. They expertly describe each cake, making your choice easy. Once you try Shuga Pies, you'll definitely want to come back for more.

Shuga Pies are amazing! This is our family's favorite dessert spot in Babylon. Our favorites? The chocolate peanut butter. The pineapple upside down cake. The lemon meringue. The vanilla crumb. The maple bacon. Oh, who am I kidding? I could just list their entire menu! The cake is moist. The flavors (which change on a daily basis) are always spot on. This is as good as it gets.

I ordered the Lavender and Hibiscus Pie. The filling was fluffy and sweet, but I did not care for the taste. Shuga Pies are vegan, and I prefer the traditional buttercream.

Finally got to stop here today. And let me say…What a treat!!! Taking something classic like a “whoopie pie” and just re-inventing it so damn well!! Moist Cake, creamy delicious filling, not over filled and hard to eat either.! Service was great and fast. It’s just a walk up window with the list of flavors. And as we were leaving with our order more and more people were lining up. Can’t wait to try the other flavors!!!Pictured : funfetti, choc peanut butter and cookies n cream!

Stopped by, they do not have a shop it is just a walk up window. The cakes were very good, texture and flavor were good and they have a wide selection. They are basically a flat cupcake. Something different and fun to give as gifts. I will say that I wish that they had bite size options but maybe in the future? They should do well.

The absolute best take on a whoopie pie I’ve ever had! Incredible rotating flavors that include seasonal options like pumpkin or smores. Every flavor I’ve had has been delicious. Fresh fruit and crumb topped are some of my favorites. Chocolate Whiskey espresso was pretty amazing. The owners are so kind and inventive. Love stopping anytime we’re in the area. We buy extra and freeze them same day. They stay fluffy when defrosted. Pro tip: You can order bigger ones to replace cakes and I highly recommend.

Espresso pie is amazing, not too sweet and lots of espresso flavor.
Chocolate peanut butter pie was delicious. Tasted like a pie version of peanut butter cups.
Friendly staff and couldn't believe we caught them open.
Only open Thursday Friday and Saturday 12pm - 6pm.
Well worth the wait.
