The actual acai bowl I got was good but the service left a bad taste in my mouth. The workers were rude and awkward. It seems to be common amongst other reviewers also to feel that staff is rude. I even on the way out said thank you, the acai bowl was great and to have a nice day and I didn't even get a look in my direction. ?♂️Dietary restrictions: I didn't fully understand the need to ask my reasoning for asking to make my bowl without something on it? Like what does it matter if I'm allergic or if it's a preference.

Awesome fresh smoothies and açaí bowls! I also had an amazing yogurt banana nut muffin the other day. Points system is a very nice touch so at least you are rewarded for spending $ on these yummy healthy treats. Service was impeccable and the staff was extremely welcoming.

9.83 for a kids bowl thats the size of my palm. Watered down acai with most of it being granola & 1.50 extra for a little drop of Nutella. Save your money and go somewhere else. You'll get more for your money.

THE WORST LOCATION!!I asked for light granola and the girl gave me an acai bowl that was less than 3/4 full. I politely asked her why & she replied it’s because you asked for light granola and also because we got new bowls ???I was in disbelief, she didn’t correct this knowing that I was unhappy. I purchased this with light granola countless times in different location and I’ve never witness this before. Never again will I visit this location. I feel robbed of $11.13.If you read the other reviews, it seems like a lot of consumers got the same. Very disappointed as a loyal SolBol customer!!

Always a safe spot for a delicious vegan treat! Good for anytime of the day or before and after any physical activity.
I always come here but the last two times have not been great. Last week I thought maybe there was a new worker so I was cutting them a break because I understood, but now this week the same thing!!!! I got two regular bowls and both are filled to right above the logo... there's nothing in it. There was hardly any fruit and no granola at all!!!!!! There is suppose to be a scoop on the bottom and top of the acai and there was one tiny scoop on the bottom... and it had like 5 strawberries and a few blueberries. it's expensive.. at lest give us the right amount as we order n what we are suppose to get!!!! I had to cut up my own fruit when I got home both times to add to it... come on! I will now drive a little farther to lindenhurst as I've been there before and have not had this issue. Pick up the slack Babylon!

As a regular customer of both this, and the Lindenhurst location I am always greeted with a smile and friendly hello.The second I open the door I am hit with a aroma of fresh fruits and delicious treats. The store is always so clean, and welcoming. Kendal one of the usual employees I run into is a sweetheart. She is knowledgeable, fast, and friendly.I will happily come back to any location she, and her team is at, love the store !

Quite literally the worst location of all.$22 and change for a super size bowl with a skim layer of acai, filled with granola. Separate container for the fruit after it was made twice because the girl behind the counter neglected to remember no coconut. I didn't even take pictures, yes I'm the guy who threw it directly in the trash on the way out and didn't bother asking for a refund. That's the last time I go here.

First time trying SoBol. I've had açaí bowls at other places before and Sobol's was really tasty. I added peanut butter to mine and really enjoyed it. I was a bit unsure of what size to get (kids, classic or super) but the classic was the perfect size and filling. Will go back
