Talina in Babylon is seriously one of the best restaurants I’ve been to. I love it.The lighting and energy make it the perfect spot for dinner with friends or family. Everyone who works there is so friendly and welcoming, and the service is top-tier. The food is unreal. It's fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. Shout out to one of the bartenders, Frandy, he creates such amazing art on the drinks I've seen him make. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does and puts so much detail into his work. We had a great dinner at Talina's in Babylon. The atmosphere is upscale and bright — cozy enough to feel warm but with tall ceilings that keep it from ever feeling confined.
Service was excellent: attentive without being overbearing, and everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly.
Food was the real standout. The Ravioli alla Soglianese was delicate and fresh with a surprisingly bright flavor and just the right amount of lemon zest. The Strozzapreti Gratinati had perfectly cooked pasta in a hearty, rustic sauce that we loved. Both dishes tasted so “clean,” like they were made with only the best ingredients. The focaccia came out fresh, toasted, fluffy, perfectly chewy, with olive oil drizzled on top. Simple but outstanding.
We didn’t try drinks this time, but the overall value felt very good considering the high quality. Definitely making a reservation soon, they book out far in advance and there’s a lot more on the menu I want to try.
Absolute perfection from start to finish! Fresh homemade pasta, great cocktails, and a warm, welcoming vibe! Can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic! Like your nona cook for you, cocktails are a must to have. The staff are the cherry on top of the cake, they ready to serve without overwhelming. Don't get discouraged about their facade this is a little gem in our Long Island. Plates and portions are well presented, despite pricey this place it is a most for you go-out. Definitely we'll come back.

As an Italian American I’m often offended at how bad 90% of Italian restaurants are. THIS restaurant is outstanding!! I just got back from Italy and am there 2x a year. This is a very good restaurant. Excellent staff too!
