Normally we have a good experience. My husband normally orders the steak and lobster. My salmon was good, chicken wings were good. My husband's steak had to be returned to the kitchen 3 times. First it was raw, then burnt, then they gave us a grizzly piece. Our waitress was ok at first. Then when our issues started she was unfazed. The younger blonde waitress that overheard us complaining was professional. The manager was not there or hiding. Again we normally like the place but since the manager wasn't there to oversee the restaurant problems occurred.

My cousin was visiting from Wisconsin and wanted to eat somewhere “Long Islandy.” So I chose Tres Palms and was very pleased. The specials were very good and so were the cocktails. I will be back!

It was an overcast day, not too hot, so pleasant to eat outside. The salad was good, but I expected that the grilled peaches would be fresh, since they are in season now. The salad was definitely a meal. I asked if I could have a piece of bread or a roll to go with my salad. The response was, “we don't have any”.

Food was mediocre at best. Ordered a steak sandwich medium rare and I received it well done. When I told the waitress her remark was "I'm sorry" and she did not offer to have it corrected. Food was way over priced ( a small bowl ( should say cup ) of chile was $17 - what a rip off. I will not be going back!

my friend and I both ordered the steak and we had to send it back twice! The 2nd time they brought it our RAW. It was literally blue. No chef should allow meat to leave the kitchen like that as it could make people sick. I will never go there to eat again!!

We returned the mussels. Very funky smell. Reordered new appetizer. Came after dinner was delivered. Overall a nice setting. Needs better management.

Ambiance was very nice & bay views. Food was very good, but online menu showed lower prices to actual menu prices in restaurant for their Brunch. Waitress was ok. Did not greet my husband with Happy Father's Day greeting as I heard the other wait staff doing. Was not very attentive to us with coffee refills. Had to ask. Didn't see much of her, but she was pleasant. I would definitely go back, because the food was very good.

Food was Okay! We ordered buttered pasta for our granddaughter. It had pepper on it. Why would you add pepper for a dish from the kids menu. She picked around the pepper.
The food was excellent. Our server was very, very nice, and the view of the water was the best.

My husband had the fish tacos and the fish was good but shells not so good. Our friend had the crab cake sandwich. The crab cake was good but the roll was hard. Service was excellent. My chicken sandwich was very good.

Dinner was excellent! Was a little disappointed that they didn't have oysters. Love the atmosphere and they had good music! Can wait for warmer weather to visit much!

Food was horrendous. Seafood came out dried up and burned. Couldn't believe they would even attempt to serve it. New order came out raw. No apologies. Terrible attitude. The only thing that tasted good and were cooked correctly were French fries. Worst dining experience at expensive prices.

Everything was fantastic. Everyone is friendly and service was excellent. Food was delicious and the dinner specials were incredible. The bartender (Ryan) was extremely friendly and made delicious cocktails. All in all it is a great place to go and enjoy a great meal. We will definitely be going back.
