Went through drive thru and ordered a decaf coffee due to a heart problem, double checked to see if it was decaf, and the gentleman who made it stated he used regular coffee. This happens at every Dunkin, if I didn’t ask this could have caused major health issues or possible hospitalization due to the negligence and importance over this situation! The nice woman at the counter made sure to make it decaf, but if a customer specified decaffeinated, this should be made aware...read full review
