Giorgio's Baiting Hollow

I got married there 10 years ago and still remember how amazing the staff was. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. The place is absolutely beautiful as well.

Finally getting around to review this venue and if I could give it 100 stars I would. Giorgio’s was the third wedding venue we toured and I canceled all of our appointments after meeting with Nick. From the beautiful grounds, exceptional service/staff and amazing food, this venue checked off all of my boxes and then some. One wedding at a time so you get undivided attention. The bridal attendant, Alexa, helped our day move flawlessly. I did not need a day of coordinator as Giorgio’s staff took care of everything. All of our guests are still raving about Giorgio’s 6 weeks later. They really made our day so special and we are so thankful for the whole team at Giorgio’s.

First and foremost this review is long overdue!! I fell in love with Giorgio, the moment I stepped through the doors and seen the outdoor space. My husband and I got married back in August. And now it’s been 4 months since we’ve been married, and to this day, guests are telling us how much they enjoyed our wedding, how much they enjoyed the food, the scenery, and most importantly the staff. If you are having hesitations about getting married here, pleaseeeeeee do not hesitate. George, Nick, his son George, my lovely attendant, the staff, everyone was amazing and so kind to us. My day unfortunately was filled with rain in the morning time, and originally I wanted the ceremony to be outside, because of the rain. So I reluctantly agreed to do the ceremony inside. But then the forecast shown that there would have at least an hour of a no rain period which happened to fall at the same time, my wedding was going to start. Everyone in the crew, went back outside with all of the chairs and started wiping down seats, in order for our guests to sit. This greatly touched my heart. The food, THE FOOD, especially because both of our families are Haitians! We Caribbean people don’t play about our food, but every Haitian in attendance, and even guests that we had from other nationalities gave us major points because Giorgio’s not only supplied us with lots of food, but it was TASTY! Most of the time whenever we attended wedding venues that was stunning in appearance like Giorgio’s, the food is 99% of the time, bland and disgusting. But Giorgio’s was the first venue that we and our guests have been to, that actually wow’d us from start to finish. Ruben and I can’t thank the staff enough, we have 0 regrets getting married here. And I know if you give Giorgio’s baiting hollow a chance, you wont regret it!

My daughter was married recently at Giorgio's. I have never been to a wedding venue with such attention to detail.The food was plentiful and delicious. The service was top notch.Its such a beautiful place.You won't be disappointed.

I’m giving this 5 stars because that’s the highest I’m allowed to give, I would give them a 10 if that was possible.

I got married at Giorgios on 11/22/24. Everything was absolutely perfect, starting with Jess in the office right after we booked. She guided us through the process like a lighthouse guiding in a ship during a storm. While we were freaking out about all of things we had to do, she brought out the famous homework packet and told us that everything will work out and told us to give her a call whenever we needed to check in. That’s just the tip of the iceberg with how amazing the staff were for our wedding.

Jean, the morning bridal attendant, had food, drinks, and the rooms set up for myself and my husband to get ready in. She even went and dusted our favors to make sure they were presentable for our guests.

Alexa, our reception bridal attendant, was like my fairy godmother, she would pop up every time I needed something and then would run off and solve other problems that I didn’t even know were going on. She came to the church we had the ceremony at to help me get out of the car and the bridal party get down the aisle. She followed us to the windmill to help with photos and even offered us the sweater off her back between photos since it was cold. She would even offer me her sleeve to wipe my hands so I wouldn’t get my dress dirty (not that I would ever take her up on that offer.)

Tino, one of our Matre Ds, was hand making the apple cider donuts to serve to our guests when they entered the cocktail hour. Those donuts were absolutely AMAZING. They were warm, soft, moist, and absolutely delicious, our guests are still raving about them. Once the reception started, he made his way out to the main room and handled out seating issue without us even noticing it.

Jason, the other Maitre D, was also amazing. He took one of our guests, who has butter allergy, around cocktail hour and pointed out all of the foods that she could and couldn’t have.

Nick, one of the owners, was on the property for the entire reception in case anything came up.

The servers were courteous towards all of our guests and answered any questions that they had. They served all of the food with nothing short of absolute professionalism, and made sure every guest at the table was served at the same time.

Speaking of food, the cocktail hour and a half was outstanding and blew everyone away. We had multiple guests come up to us and ask if this was also the dinner because we had so much delicious food. Alexa took me and my husband into the after party room once we were done with photos, and sat us down and served us every single appetizer and station. The entire staff would constantly check in with us to see if we needed anything. The salad, intermezzo, and entrees were also a big hit. Everyone said that their meals were perfectly cooked. The servers even walked around with additional plates of food so that guests could have a second entree if they were still hungry. We were given every entree and side so that we didn’t have to choose just one. The desserts were also fantastic. The cake from Campbells was delicious and absolutely stunning. The Italian cookies and warm baked chocolate chip cookies were a bit hit with the guests, with many of them trying to take them home.

The after party was just a continuation of the reception. The food was amazing, the bartender was friendly, and they even provided an amazing playlist and speaker for us to use.

We have had multiple family members tell us that their upcoming weddings aren’t going to live up to our wedding and they are going to have to come to terms with that. We highly recommend using Giorgios if you want a stress free wedding with wonderful people and memories that will last a lifetime. They will make your dream wedding come true.

My daughter Tara and now son Patrick had the most amazing wedding reception at Giorgio’s on Friday night 11/22/24.
It started that morning when we entered the bridal suite where we had a light breakfast and beautiful space to do hair, make up and pictures. It was stress free as our morning attendant Jean welcomed us and made sure everyone had what they needed. Jean even made the mulled warm cider we had later entering the venue after church. I can’t not mention the warm cider without the wonderful warm cider donuts that were made by Tino. We were welcomed in to that yumminess by the valet attendants and a white gloved doorman. We had use of the bridal suite the whole time.
Cocktail hour and a half was beyond words. Jason made sure the elderly grandparents were safe and not run over or rushed the whole time. He got them all the food and yes all the warm donuts they could eat. The variety of food during cocktail time was great. The hot food was hot, cold was cold. The flow was perfect and the staff worked hard to keep it that way. The open bars were more than accommodating to all. Jason made sure grandparents were seated in the main room before all. I say this because nobody was worried about them. We were constantly updated by staff about what was next.
I can’t go on without mentioning the next attendant Alexa. Alexa was everywhere and like we had a special agent with us. When she appeared at the church in her black suv and jumped out it was like we were in the spy kids movie(if you remember). She handled everything with such grace and kindness. She is a true professional. She was everywhere she anticipated everything. She had a vest on with multiple pockets with all the things you might need. She even took the sweater off her back to give when outside during pictures.i lost my lipstick more times than I could count and she would appear with it. My daughter’s gown got stepped on and ripped. I turned around and Alexa was next to her sewing it! Her bosses need to protect her because she made all of this worry/stress free. We absolutely loved Alexa and how special she made us feel.
The actual reception was equally amazing. The food was piping hot for everyone. It was perfect. The waitstaff was professional and accomodating to every guest. All the food was over the top delicious. The many desserts as well.
The after party in the game room equally fun with great bar food and drinks. Giorgio’s also ran shuttle service to the hotels.
I am getting teary just thinking about how perfect everything was. Giorgio’s was easy to work with and this is the place to go to live your fairytale wedding

Giorgio’s it’s a great place to enjoy any event, my family and friends are very successful with all staff services, food, and drinks. They lived up to expectations with every detail we asked of them.
We celebrated our daughter's sweet sixteen, and she was very happy to celebrate it at Giorgio's, thank you very much all of you.♥️🙏

When it comes to words that describe this place,there are not enough adjectives in the dictionary that can describe how great this place is. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! My daughter had her wedding there December 1st and it was FLAWLESS! The entire staff from Tino,George,Alexa, and down(Danielle and Tom included) were just beyond amazing.The detail this place put in to making this a wedding to remember is just awesome. Every one of the guests said that "It was the best wedding they have ever attended". From the bottom of my heart,my family and I would just like to say Thank you to everyone there that made this occasion one for the books and a night to remember forever.

Beautiful place

We celebrated our friend's wedding reception at Giorgio's and I must say it was one of the best experiences. The food was excellent and service was outstanding. I love to see a well jelled team of waiters and waitresses bringing the food to the table in unison so we could start eating at the same time. The entire venue is gorgeous, and having a beautiful sunset topped it off.

Giorgio’s Baiting Hollow is a gorgeous venue and we love shooting weddings here. The getting ready room is stunning with a ton of natural light thanks to the tall windows. The portraits are especially beautiful with the landscape providing breathtaking backdrops. There are so many different locations, so you get a nice variety of shots.
