Its just so good.
The Pizza In Rockville Centre is forgettable except for Front Street Pizza. Baldwin Pizza makes an old school NY Style Pizza. Their Sicilian Pie is awesome too. Great quality ingredients. Perfect amount of sauce and cheese.

Baldwin Pizza in Rockville Centre is known for making an old school NY Style Pizza and a delicious Sicilian Pie, both made with great quality ingredients, perfect sauce, and cheese. Many customers praise the restaurant for consistently fresh and tasty food, with some saying their food is always good and they have never been disappointed over the years. The staff and owner are welcoming, grateful, and happy to accommodate special requests, such as no cheese or raw onions, and will prepare fresh dishes like sautéed spinach just for customers. Customers appreciate the friendly service and the ability to customize their meals. However, there was an isolated incident where a pizza was disappointing—dry, with little cheese, and not up to the usual standard—causing some doubt about the consistency. Overall, Baldwin Pizza is a place with a positive reputation for quality, friendly service, and great pizza, making it a favorite for many, especially for celebrating special occasions.
